“One of our favorite things about the Hayes Pizza Hut is our delivery driver, Bobby. He is great! Always gets our order to us piping hot and always has a smile and a great attitude! These days, good customer service is a rarity so we are very thankful when he brings our order. “I've always loved Pizza Hut. It was a family tradition and a treat to go once a month when I was a child. The food tastes amazing . I really like the fact that you can order your food, and when you pick up, it shows on screen how long it will be down to the very minute“

“I would've given 5 stars, but 4 is more reasonable. Came in to get food for pickup. When we pull up, lobby is BARE! 1 folding chair and that's it. We ordered our food, lady was nice about it. Food is reasonably priced. Fiance ordered a pizza with ham, black olive, pepperoni. Instead of black olive, he got mushroom. He called the restaurant to fix it. Since it was a pickup, they wanted us to come back to pick it up. Mind you, we live about 6 miles away. So instead, we got a $15 store credit. We will come back as it is good. Check your food before leaving though“

“Best S'barro slice I've had in a good long while. I've stopped going to S'barro because of the disappointing slices but went back for one and it was great. The ziti was still sad, but you can't have everything.

They use a heating oven, that's good.

“Ordered pizza for dinner for my family. Matthew was amazing, went above and beyond. And had a great attitude, even though it was busy.
He helped us and got our order, even after other employees look and just walked by. One employee even asked if we had a pickup order and asked the name on the order and just walked away and never came back. And the 2 other employees on their phones didn’t help either.

“My family celebrated my mother’s 74th birthday. Amongst us we have 3 diabetics, 3 without gallbladders and one with 13 food allergies as well as 2 with a lemon allergy. Our server not only was extremely helpful and accommodating but went out of her way to assist with menu suggestions regarding multiple food allergies. It’s extremely hard to accommodate my daughter’s multiple food allergies and she was very thankful. Our meal was enjoyable for us all. Our beverages were refilled promptly and all staff we came in contact with were kind, courteous and helpful. My mother had a delightful birthday meal and my daughter had no reactions. John had our large order hot, fresh, and ready on time for us.
