“Superb authentic Indian food. The real taste of south Indian cuisines, well cooked and every item on the Buffet was tasty. The staff greet you with a smile and really take care of your choice of food and also give their suggestions to try other dishes too. They had mild, medium and high spicy foods displayed in the buffet. The atmosphere was very nice, clean and looked very hygienic. I got a chicken kathi wrap and it was simple yet glorious in flavor, texture, and ratio of the parotta to the filling. There was I believe also chatpata flavor inside the wrap which I was not used to, but it added another dynamic of flavor complexity complimenting the juiciness of the egg and chicken inside. Please visit this place and it will change your perception on eggs!!“

However, their claim that Chicken Tikka Masala is from the Indian subcontinent was NOT up for intellectual debate. They simply replied, “if it’s good it doesn’t matter.” This is the only instance in my life where I can recall where cultural appropriation was followed on with de-cultural appropriation. We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!“

“Aditi Goumet is a nondescript small restaurant in Vienna. People can easily miss it as it is in a small strip mall at the edge of Vienna. But, it is a hidden gem. Aditi Gourmet has the best-tasting chicken biryani, the best-tasting goat curry, and the best-tasting okra (“bhindi”) masala in Fairfax County. I recommend it highly.“

“Came here randomly and was really more than pleasantly surprised by the variety and depth of flavors. The butter chicken, palak paneer, and chettinad mushroom we’re all super delicious and unique in their own ways that made them stand out to me compared to other Indian Restaurant in the Henrdon area. The Parotta (paratha) was homemade and absolutely delicious and flaky. Definitely worth checking out!

They also have a buffet on the weekends from 11:30 to 2:30-You have to make reservations in advance on the hour and they fill up fast.“
