“I’ve had nothing but good experiences when coming to this store. All of the partners I’ve interacted with have been friendly and efficient when coming to making my order and if they have messed up my order by giving me dairy instead of a milk substitute I ask for, example: soy or oat. They never have made me feel guilty or giving me attitude for asking them to remake it since I can’t have regular milk. That’s why they have been my main Starbucks I visit. Keep up the good work partners.“

I don't know her name but there is always a girl barista there with very professional makeup, she really makes the Starbucks image great at this location, I know most people would not be willing to pay that much attention to their appearance so early in the morning.“

“Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“

“I went with my mom in 2023, it was her first time trying boba, I've been to the location in Newport News before, and had a good experience, so when I found one finally opening up closer to me, I was ecstatic!! The inside is doooo spacious, even though I was an anxious mess, but I've always been like that in public settings. It was SO good, I forgot exactly what I'd ordered, but I def wasn't disappointed. If I'm ever able to go back, I most definitely will!!“
