“I had such wonderful service the 23 of August. I mobile ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with sugar free vanilla. The sweet barista making my drink saw me sit down in the waiting area she asked my name she said “hey i noticed you substituted for sugar free vanilla” I thought it was gonna say they were out so I was like “regular vanilla is fine if your out” and she informed they had it but wanted to make sure that i wasn’t diabetic.
And that kind of care and thoughtfulness has resonated in me. I just wanted to share I wish I got the young ladies name. Just wanted the location to see they have wonderful thoughtful and kind employees.“
“They are very sweet workers here. I see them just about everyday. They take there time to learn your orders, and your names by heart!! They are always so kind,sweet and if u ever need to pick a starbucks right here coliseum dr here in Hampton“
“They are always working very diligently. I don't know her name but there is always a girl barista there with very professional makeup, she really makes the Starbucks image great at this location, I know most people would not be willing to pay that much attention to their appearance so early in the morning.“
“Fast friendly service, perfectly situated to not have to get bogged down in the Frey of the shopping crowd. The one not so much of a plus that’s not their fault is that parking sucks. Parking is not available for just popping in and out you have to park and it’s not close to the store. Overall good location if you’re in the area any way.“
“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“
“I really like this location. It's convenient, it's clean and customer service has been great. But, my most recent matcha green tea and lavender latte was full of bitter green tea powder clumps that hadn't been well blended into the drink. It was such a disappointment. I had the same drink the day before from this same location, but made by a different barista, and it was blended perfectly. Getting a well made drink obviously depends on the barista who takes the time to make it properly. I have to knock off a couple stars for the poorly made green tea and lavender latte. It was awful.“
