“We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the Metro. Honestly you don't even need to go outside (except under an overhang) to catch the train. We were recognized at the front desk as diamond members, and given a room on an Executive Floor. Wonderful larger than usual room. One limitation was that we hoped to ask our housekeeper for extra decaf coffee in the room, but she did not speak English. She gave us herbal teas instead. We didn't feel strongly enough to pursue it. However, her housekeeping in our room was impeckable. Fresh towels every day! The executive lounge was a welcome respit as usual. I've seen reviews that state that the food was a bit repetitious and boring and sometimes lukewarm. That was true. Yet it was always substantial and we were so thankful for it. It took me a couple days to figure out the expresso machine, but that too we did not ask about. Evening hors d'ouvres were nice to have. We parked on the property and there were no issues. We felt welcome and that they were there to serve us everywhere we went in the hotel. Thank you.“

“We stop here for a lunch break when riding motorcycles across hi knob or another local ride. I usually have hamburger and fries. Always good and always right off the. Grill hot. Taking my wife there today Got a friend that tried the chicken livers and said they were the best.“

“We are from Knoxville and we do not have a burger place as good as this near us. My only regret is that I couldn't try more menu items. Because everything on their wide variety menu looked/ sounded yummy. Burgers with pulled pork and Mac and cheese yes please! 10/10 will come back again and again!“

Mgr quickly fixed my issue with Uber not doing their part which meant a lot def get the nasty nachos southern burger or meatloaf and literally best beans Mac and cheese and fried green tomatoes in town! We order a lot through work and they’ve catered church and other things never once been disappointed“

“We've visited Long Horn rarely, but never impressed to be a Regular. The food was great other than a lil too salty/spicy. They moved a child's bd party right next to us-- an older couple who loved the quiet before they came! Also, the party took our Waiter until we were leaving-- and others helped here and there, but it wasn't the same. I wasn't impressed with svc at all, Again. You can do better.

“special chili, cornbread, BLT. cornbread was northern style but the tea was spot on. beans were better than some others I've had recently. sammich had a bug. wall had a Confederate flag sign. "the only reason I have it up there, is some lady gave it to us after her son died." pathetic owner took sammich off bill I look forward to a return visit to see if the tasteless, thoughtless, careless, pride less, value-less decorations are improved. personally I don't care about the bug, I understand, that happens. we need farms, yeah? but it's *checks* it's the year of our Lord 2023 and we should be better than that by now. 12-6-23 ~1pm“

“I know this is technically a chain restaurant but this location has so much individual personalities and weekly specials. From the management, bartenders, servers and back of the house you are treated like friends. The weekly food specials are always a great addition to the already great menu. I look forward to eating here and enjoy bringing guests.“

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.“

“The smell coming from inside is vile. We’ve enjoyed eating here in the past, but the odor had my wife and I instantly losing our appetite. This needs to be addressed immediately.

“Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“

“We had a party catered by this place and it was delivered right on time and set up for us. The food was delicious!! I highly recommend them and I will be using them again!“

“We did the breakfast buffet on Saturday. It was awesome! The food is delicious and hot. Obviously at a breakfast buffet you serve yourself but there are friendly employees constantly checking to see if your beverage is full and if you need anything else. Next time I will take photos but you're better off seeing and tasting for yourself!!“
