“The food was excellent, but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. We had noted “special occasion” on our reservation and specifically requested to be seated at one of the available window tables to our server. Despite there being four open tables, our request was denied with the explanation that those were reserved for “anniversaries” or “birthdays.” We ended up having a two-hour dinner, during which those tables remained empty the entire time. It was disappointing to be told no without a valid reason, especially given the nature of our request and the fact that we spent $800 on a meal for four. This experience fell short of the level of service one would reasonably expect from a restaurant of this caliber.“

“This was our first time here, definitely recommend the Friday night prime rib/seafood buffet. Dining room was beautiful with live piano music. Fernando was an amazing server, he was the cherry on top for our meal. Cannot recommend him enough! We will definitely be returning!“

“Couldn't recommend this place enough. Phenomenal Food especially after a long day of adventure. When I was there it was 95 degrees and Corey was turn out great pizza from the woodfired oven. You have to be passionate about the work to tolerate the conditions alone and that comes through in the food.“

“The food we received here was good, but I thought it odd that they did not have enough desserts to feed our whole group, even though we had pre-ordered. Hearing it announced, "Does anyone want to share there cheesecake, as we need 12 and we only have 11. Or we have vanilla ice cream" kind of put a damper on the experience. The building is historic, and interesting, though, and the staff was pleasant.“

“Wonderful experience for dinner at the Jefferson! We celebrated a birthday and 20 year anniversary and our server Amber made it really special. She was very friendly and attentive. I had the blue cheese wedge, filet mignon with Bernie and blue cheese crumbles and mashed potatoes. It was exceptional! My partner had the farro risotto with shrimp and the crab bisque which was also really good. We highly recommend dinner here!“

“We ate dinner there last night and stayed in the Silo. All we can say is, "Wow!" The trout was out of this world, definitely highlight of our trip. Wish we ate there both nights of our getaway. Our dinner down the road was not nearly as amazing. Set the bar very high. We will just come back to the area to eat dinner here.“
