“The best little bakery you could ask for and it’s right in my neighborhood. This could be a problem. Maybe if I walk there I can burn enough calories to justify a daily cinnamon roll. And time my arrival as Max is pulling them out of the oven. Because they are sooo good. Also try the baguettes, croissants, and various pastries that seem to randomly roll out throughout the morning. Note: if you want a fat Cinnabon, go to the mall. These are cinnamon rolls with a moist, barely baked center. Apparently not everyone is a fan of the sweet gooey center. “One of the reasons I chose Chef Donnella was because she was right around the corner from my venue at the Montclair golf and country club. When I called her to discuss a cake, she asked me what my design was going to be, and I said you are the professional please create something for me. We reviewed flavors and frosting, and I made my selections. A week before the wedding I needed an extra layer and then two weeks before the wedding. I wanted an extra layer and she quickly added that to my ticket. We left the Lego cake topper on the table where the cake was going to be placed, and when I entered my reception and saw that cake my jaw hit the ground. It was a stunning creation of great beauty. I had guests coming up to me all day and they said that was the most stunning wedding cake they had ever seen and they had all been to a lot of weddings. The cake was so intricate and the designs were perfect. The cake was melt in your mouth delicious, and the frosting was so great and it wasn’t super sickening Sweet, which was just perfect. From the moment I started working with her until she delivered and set the cake up it went so smoothly. I asked her to stop by and see me before she left in my hideout spot at the venue and she was gracious, kind, and so beautiful. I could not recommend her more for your special event because she will not let you down. She is a genius, a wonderful Baker,so creative and excellent to work with.“

Ferej did not disappoint! He made a perfect sandwich! Bagel was toasted just right and there was no skimping on the cream cheese. I was told by another employee that the lox is weighed and packaged already. Again, Chesapeake did not skimp on the lox. It was a great bagel, cream cheese and lox sandwich for this New Yorker!“
