“The food was good, hot, etc. No problem there. My issue is with the young woman with hip-length dreads that were frayed at the end and left to hang, unsecured. Everyone else had their hair secured, but her braids were left to drift freely into food being prepared, take a dip into the oil fryer, griddle, ice machine, etc. Major safety and health hazard. Also, no one seemed to be wearing any kind of identifiable Dunkin clothing except one guy.“

“Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.“

“My husband and I found this little spot while out walking . We purchased coffee, bagels and decided to have a scone apiece. The owner and staff are so sweet and you can tell that they love what they do. It will be a regular spot for us to visit.“

“Such a cute place with great food & drinks. We got the hummus and veggies, but you must try the breakfast on the 'quan shooters - they have bacon 🥓 and orange juice! Their back patio has blankets on every chair and the atmosphere is so quaint. The owner is personable and accommodating. We will be back again!“

The ube cakes were not only incredibly delicious, but they were also a work of art in their presentation for my parents anniversary. “A local young man made my day and I felt I needed to tell everyone about him. The past freezing cold week I dropped into Safeway @5:30 PM at Merchant Plaza to get some supplies. Upon leaving I observed another driver struggling to get his truck started. I got distracted and hurried to put my groceries in the car and return the cart so I could help the dad get his truck started. What I didn’t realize is that I left my wallet in the cart and worse did not realize it until 11:30 at night. Safeway was closed and would not open until 6:00 AM. We put all the credit cards on hold and was not happy about having to replace multiple IDs, and likely lost $300.00. The next morning I went thru the garbage cans thinking the worst and when the store opened checked the customer Service - would have to wait until 10:00 AM. Promptly called and discovered that they had my wallet, it had been returned by one of the Safeway employees - Alex! It took another week before I could meet Alex and personally thank him and give him a reward. Several visits to the store working with the manager Robert learning about Alex and discussing what a great deed this young man did. I am truly grateful for the young people Safeway hires and for the ethics and morals of this amazing young man Alex. Alex was a little bit shy, but understood just what I felt about his actions and how much I appreciated his kindness. I rewarded Alex with some cash…. Really feel great about our neighborhood Safeway and its employees!“

“I used to visit this Starbucks regularly. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop by and grab a hot latte. The latte was good—a smooth, warm coffee drink made with strong espresso and steamed milk, which was perfect for today's weather. The service was okay, but my table was sticky and had some cookie crumbs, which I had to wipe off myself.“

“I was here a few weeks ago for a quick breakfast pick up. The gentleman that served me was very kind and polite. The coffee was perfect and the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was good, the hash brown was not greasy, it hit the spot as I was traveling. What was really nice is it was very clean.“

Today I didn’t have time to stay and went thru their drive thru…I wish I had gotten the drive-thru employee’s name, as he made my entire day! “Recently, a lot of the stores that I have visited have been out of oat milk or this or that ingredient, which is by no fault the baristas. It's just frustrating. Not only did they have everything that I wanted for my drink, they also had grilled cheese in stock which is so freaking delicious on sourdough bread!!“

“Visited yesterday for first time. Food was very good, generous portions, good price. The place needs some upkeeping. The table was sticky, not well cleaned and in general the place looks like it has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while.“
