“This is the first time I have gone to this location and the experience was pleasant. I am not sure if this is contributed to Teyanna, but since she has been there, it is definitely much better. The other shift manager was always on her phone, never greeted you, never made sure the food was hot and fresh, display was always a mess and her facial expression always made you feel like she preferred you eat elsewhere. Thank you Teyanna for contributing to my experience today!“

“We live an hour away and still only go to Frank's Monster Munchies Cantina when we want carne asada. We have tried numerous places in VA for the last 6yrs trying to find the same taste as back home (Cali) and was constantly disappointed till we tried Franks. y'all are the only place that delivers that same quality and taste we were missing/looking for. “Plaza Azteca is one of my favorite places for Mexican food. They have all the usual choices - burritos, enchiladas, etc- but they have some new takes on them. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak Burrito, made with poblano peppers. The service is excellent. I highly recommend Plaza Azteca.“

“Amazing food fair price, unlike the other places here. The Mexican restaurant has good verity, I would recommend the bowels and only the burrito if you're on the go. Never get the tacos they aren't bad, but they are worth the price, and you get very little toppings and i don't think they make smaller tacos they could qualify for the record smallest for high cost. This restaurant is like a cheaper Chipotle for reference. Sushi place his is really over priced and the food is not fresh. I would normally recommend Subway because of the price, but they put little vegetables even if you ask for extra, and if you ask for light sauce, they pile it on.“

“The food is more authentic than most of the competition in the area. The chile rellenos are the best I've had at a restaurant. They are homemade-style. I do miss the old Mexican lady that used to make their mole, but I heard she went back to Mexico 😒
The burritos are also good here. The salsa they give you makes the difference with the burritos.

“Without question the most flavorful, and largest in size tamales I've ever eaten. Other restaurants serve small, narrow and flavorless tamales for +$6, these are just over $4 and are 3 times the size. I've always heard authentic tamales are outstanding, those people were not lying. The flavor range of these tamales are so great, you get addicted immediately at the first bite. I'm excited to try other dishes from this restaurant once I decide to move on from the tamales, but that won't be for some time. Even the West Coast tamales can't compete with these monsters, from my experience anyway.“

I was delighted with all 3 items that I ordered even though I removed meat, cheese, and sour cream. “My daughter insisted that she needed to have Taco Bell. She's absolutely hooked on Taco Bell. She bought a meal deal and one steak taco and it was $17. I'm pretty sure that my husband and I both had two sandwiches and it was less than $17 really crazy when you think about it! The point is she really enjoyed it and she was content with her meal so that's what really mattered!“

“I love the people that work here. Even though the regular chicken power bowl isn’t on the menu anymore they’ll make it for me. I don’t like the new Cantina menu that they make it with now ( too much salt) so I appreciate the fact that they’ll go out of their way to make the old version for me. Every time I go there they greet me with a smile and are always pleasant.“

“I don’t know who the manager is at this location but word of advice is to never ever get rid of Paul He has the most exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but even if the food is nasty, I would come back just for his service. “Great place great employees just is hard to get an actual person to take your order they avoid eye contact with someone at the counter and expect you to use the kiosk that is my only complaint about this restaurant oh and they get very upset when you don't want to use the kiosk and if you come in early in the morning they act like it's an even bigger issue to take your order cause they just opened“
