The young man and woman's positive attitude made the visit memorable. It's clear that great customer service is a priority at Subway Station, and their ability to shine even during peak times is a testament to their dedication. “To the General Manager of this establishment, you did a wonderful job hiring Anthony as a Manager. I couldn't believe he was the manager.

Honestly, I don't do well with young people, however , the staff that was scheduled for this Saturday, August 31 night shift was phenomenal. They truly taught me, don't judge the book by its cover and all young people are Not the same. Their customer service skills was on point from the time you walked in until your order was completed.

The most rewarding was watching them change their gloves as they touched different objects while preparing your food. The three of them made sure your order was prepared the way they would have their own , the accuracy of your order was correct, and the team work was on point.

Way to go Subway, these three young people are on their way to management status. Please continue to pour into them where they already have the skills to flourish . I will definitely spend my hard working money here again, as long as this customer service team is scheduled.

“It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . Even when I'm not ordering food there, the staff still recognizes me and greets with a warm wave in passing.“

I came here with my partner that came here a lot while he was working nearby and he told me how good it was, so we tried it for the first time together and it was a great experience. We laughed with two of the employees and they were very kind to us. I love the atmosphere because even though there was nobody (because I think it was still breakfast time) we still got AMAZING sandwiches and we had a good time there!“

“Had an overall good experience! Matthew (trainee) helped me out and did an amazing job! They made my sandwich just perfect! The only downside was that one of the older male workers was a bit rude. I felt rushed by him and he had a short fuse with a customer behind me. There were some miscommunications that may be due to a bit of an accent barrier and he got defensive with the customer quite quickly. Still yummy and a good experience though!“

“Normally, I have nothing but glowing things to say about my experience at Jimmy John's. However, today was more freaky and less fast. The sandwich makers were moving very slowly and got the order wrong for a gentleman ahead of us. The young lady who took our order seemed very thrown off by that and reconfirmed our order twice. Once we received our food, it was very good, as usual. My only complaint would be that there is no need to put shredded lettuce inside an unwich.“

“For the context of this review, My entire life I have absolutely adored pickles. Today, when I decided I wanted dinner, I saw that they were running a buy one, get one, foot long deal and decided to go ahead and get that deal. I ordered through the app And in the notes, I explained how I would like an absolutely insane amount of pickles, And that there was no amount that was too many. Let me tell you, The girl with pink hair and the gentleman that was working with her around 7 o'clock on saturday, october fifth, deserve a raise. “Nice place great customer service! I notice I came in a little late closing time few minutes later i notice they were going to close so a guy walked in and was told they are about to close. They were very polite and yet the guy was rude to them and walked away. Some people need to be mindful that just because they close at 9 the employees need to clean up and be ready to leave at 9. This place is always clean and friendly smiles. Very welcoming.“

“My husband and I enjoy going to this subway because it's clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I especially like the customer service by a Young lady named Ella, She is very sweet, kind, and courteous and she's a great sandwhich maker too! I also like that she washes her hands and puts clean gloves on when making my sandwiches. We go there often and she is the first and only person to ever greet me and make me feel welcomed. It's rare to get good customer service these days, so when it happens, I feel its important to acknowledge the shining employee! Thanks Ella, keep up the great work! 😊“

Vegetarian options: You can opt for a veggie sub or a salad made by your choice of whatever you want on it or in it. They'll chop your salad if you like or leave your veggies as is.“

“It's cool that this place is open until 2am. I dropped by and it was calm. Just be careful pulling in because there are still people out here late at night. The only downside are the prices but that is for every subway and if you can find some coupons then it's not so bad.

Vegetarian options: The establishment does have and serve meat and everything is toasted in the same oven but you can get your sandwiches without any meat at all

Dietary restrictions: You can make your sandwich however you want and you can even get it as a salad if you don't want any bread.“
