“We recently moved to Lake Ridge, VA from Burke, VA, where we were long time patrons of Glory Days, Burke. So we decided to give Glory Days, Lorton, VA a try and we are really glad that we did!The service all-around was absolutely outstanding! We were pleasantly greeted and seated by David, who along with other staff, was very attentive throughout our dinner.Maddie, our waitress was simply remarkable! She took our orders without notes, repeated back to us verbatim our entire order, and kept a watchful eye on our table to ensure our drinks were replenished and that our dinners met our expectations. The type of attention one would only expect from a Five Star Restaurant!Toward the end of our dinner, Christie, the manager, took a few minutes from her busy schedule to inquire if we enjoyed our meals.Of course, our dinners were well prepared and plated in true Glory Days fashion - our compliments to the Chef!Looks like we have found a new favorite Glory Days, which we look forward to visiting again very soon!Kudos!Tris & Rich“
“The IHOP was very clean due to the season it was very busy I found it very uncomfortable to wait but considering the time of the season they handled it accordinglyParking: Do you have a parking was a little difficult not knowing where to go“
“I ordered the crab cake it was delicious, I don't have one bad thing to say.. if there was anything that I didn't like it has nothing to do with the food or service, buy the bathroom was I'm an odd spot and although they have elevator it would be nice to not have to go so far to get to the restroom“
“I did a take out of their delicious Aloo and piyaz pakoras for our Iftari a week or so ago. The packaging was great which included a generous amount of their tasty green chutney. I glanced at their menu main items and their prices seemed high. Manager/owner and helper were polite and friendly. Great efficient service. Good restaurant atmosphere. I wish them success with their new desi restaurant.“
“Eggs & Sushi is a hidden gem!! I've driven down Fullerton a bunch of times and just never noticed it until today. We went ahead and checked it out for breakfast since it wasn't quite lunchtime - the food taste and quality was amazing! We had a egg and cheese on a bagel, a breakfast burrito, and a smoothie. The service is fantastic, everyone working behind the counter is so friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. They also offer smoothies, assorted beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, and even have beers and sake. The atmosphere is like a really cute little deli with a few tables and a sushi bar.The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions, we're definitely planning to come back for breakfast sometime and want to try their Japanese lunch options. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!“
“Nice place. I'd say a bit overpriced for the quantity of food, but most of the dishes we got tasted good. I had drunken ribeye, a bit small but really tasty. My wife had seared tuna salad, a little light on the tuna, but also tasty. We also split a ceviche which was just okay, and split the bread pudding which was very good, but again on the high end for dessert prices. Nice cozy ambiance as you would like. Nothing to run and tell all my neighbors about, but in general I liked it. I think we ended up at ~$180 for 3 people without tip or drinks...“
“Tasty food. Atmosphere and service are fine to good. Wish they'd add a little more variety to their beer selection. It's great if you like unfiltered, citrusy IPA's. Adding in a couple more pilsners/kolch's/stouts would be appreciated. Some comfy bar stools would be nice, too, instead of hard, wooden, backless ones.“
“Came here for restaurant week with my 9 year old son who is a foodie and we both enjoyed all of the courses. Our server, Will, was friendly and attentive. Everything we tasted was so good.Kid-friendliness: Will was really great with my 9 year old son. He wowed my son with a Shirley temple made with its own house made grenadine.“
“We were very impressed with our experience at Smokey Bones! We made arrangements for a small family reception after my Brother in laws funeral. We spoke with Nicole a few days in advance to reserve an area separate from the restaurant and she walked us through the catering menu and helped create a wonderful buffet. When we arrived for the reception, everything was ready! The food was hot and delicious! Jenna was our server and did a fantastic job with our large party. She was kind, friendly, and efficient. Nicole, the general manager came by frequently to check on everything to make sure everything was running smoothly. When we were ready to leave, the Smokey Bones team made sure our leftovers were packed up and ready for us. Nicole even offered to carry out the bags! Nicole and her team help make an incredibly difficult day for our family a little less difficult. Many thanks!“
“We’ve been wanting to check out some more of the restaurants in Old Town Fairfax. The Wine House did not disappoint! I had the pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. The tenderloin was wrapped in an olive tapenade and prosciutto. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! For dessert we had the Dark Chocolate Terrine with espresso cream and toasted hazelnuts. It was decadent and wonderful. Of course the wine selection was great. Looking forward to going back again.“
“I love Hangry Burger! As a newly diagnosed celiac, I am so grateful for Hangry Burger's food philosophy (no wheat flour). This is one place I don't have to worry about cross contamination.Having been in to the location twice (vs the countless other times I've ordered delivery), the service in the restaurant is phenomenal. Very friendly and welcoming!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“What a hidden, little gem the Secret Garden Cafe is! We stumbled upon it as we were passing through the area. We ate outside in the quaint “garden” complete with flowers and a lovely water feature! I ate the braised beef over macaroni and cheese while my husband enjoyed the stir fried noodles with chicken. Both dishes were delicious! The wait staff were very friendly and attentive and we enjoyed a nice, peaceful lunch! We will definitely stop back when we are in the area again!“
“Just drove 8rs from ohio. 2hr moreWent to silver diner for a meatless meal. (Good Friday) order breakfast for dinner spinach and onion omelet with fried potatoes. And french toast. Wife had the quinoa salad bowl with grilled shrimp. Everything we ate was amazing. Cant wait to go back for breakfast at breakfast time.“
“More people need to go to this place! I walked into the place and the staff was so welcoming. I order the chicken banh mi and the pork belly as well. The 2 sandwiches were great. It was super fresh the bread was homemade and crispy yet soft on the inside. And the meat was so tender and flavourful. I would definitely recommend HarpaZo and I will be coming back again.“
“I will open with this; GW would be PROUD. The Mount Vernon Restaurant, compared to the thought of what it might be, is nothing short of a quaint and elegant establishment. For a restaurant embedded in a museum one would imagine the many grab and go or poor service options found in many if not all of the DC attractions nearby, but rest assured this is not that. The prices are affordable. The food is delicious. The service is wonderful. My only complaint? I was not expecting the shear amount of food coming my way. The chicken and waffles were simple and astounding. My partner's shrimp and grits were, in her words, "just like ma momma used to whip up!" The cornbread appetizer was fresh. Our drinks, neat and clean. The list goes on. I should also add that the menu was overwhelming... in a great way. I could hardly contain my giddiness when attempting to make my choice. If you are exploring the beauty of Mount Vernon with family or friends, or even on your lonesome, you have NO excuse to bypass this overachieving establishment.“
“Alex (Bartender) and Chico (Boss applesauce) were absolutely amazing. Superior knowledge of the menu, and very conscious with allergies. Absolutely amazing experience from front to back. If you’re shopping at Wegmans and tired of how hard your week was, you better come here or you’re “
“Salmon salad was very good and fresh~! The salmon was not fully cooked and asked to cook it again. The house gave me more salad with fully cooked salmon. And all waiters and waitresses were kind and professional. Will recommend to friends and family.“
“The restaurant atmosphere is very charming. The food was very good and came out quickly. The service was very good as well, my only suggestion is that the servers who have long hair should tie their hair back. When the food and drinks were being served, the waitress leaned over the table and her hair brushed the table.“
“It was late, 10:25 PM to be exact and I needed to eat. At first, I was going to purchase salad and fresh cut fruit from the nearby Walmart. Instead, I decided to go to the Silver Line Diner which closed at 11:30 PM for soup and salad- "Light and Easy Comfort Food!" I have been to two other Silver Line Diners previously. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and quickly seated by "Chino" which is his nickname. He was extremely pleasant, easy going, very courteous and extremely professional.Chino indicated that Sahara would be my Server and that she will be with me soon. Sarah quickly arrived and asked me what I wanted to drink. I ordered water with no ice and lemon. I ordered the Kickin' Crab and Corn Chowder in a bowl as well as a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Both meals were good and we brought out right away. Sarah was very busy and pretty much handling all of us late straddles with assistance from Chino.Despite all of the activity, neither Chino nor Sarah changed their disposition Both Sarah and Chino made for a great meal and experience!“
“I came here with a friend to play darts. While I didn't get food I did come here to grab a drink and check out the area... The Cue Club is a sports bar and pool hall if you enjoy going with a group of friends for a night out. I think it has the essentials of a good sports bar. Draft beer, good food ( I haven't tried it but the bulgogi sub looks good ), and pool, darts, and foosball for people to play. Service wise it took a minute for me to flag someone down to order some beer but beers did come out quick once I did confirm my order in. I don't know if the cocktails are good but we'll have to try again another time. For what I came here for, darts are in a separate room like the pool tables, and it's very spacious. The darts were available if you chip in 5 dollars, play all you want really. I honestly had fun learning how to play cricket but it is a long game. Although I didn't win against my friend this is enticing enough for me to play more when my friends are available. It's also across the street from O'MyChic so familiar territory for me.“
“The food is good, and it's never too crowded which is nice. I order out usually and sometimes eat here. Cliff always takes good care of me and so does the manager Jackie. Both have excellent customer service and never mess up my order.Parking: Lots of parking outside“
“Food is great! Please fix the website so that I can put more than one modification in my order! I want no pickles and no slaw with cheese but I can only have 1 of the 3 mods (no choice for no slaw and no pickles.) So I have to order no slaw and take the pickles off myself and then I can't get cheese..“
“We’ve been to City Kitchen twice recently, and have had really nice experiences. The food is flavorful and hot, the drink portions are solid, the music is fun, and our server Robert is great — he is very attentive and friendly! It’s nice to have a reliable local restaurant that has something for everyone. We will be back!Parking: Parking lot out front is huge and spots are widely available“
“We love First Watch, Woodbridge Location. The wait staff are so personable, which makes our dining experience pleasant. We love the food, and it's my favorite place for avocado toast with arugula. We always make it a point to always bring friends and family who are visiting to experience and enjoy the delicious healthy meals.“
“Just wow. I was in S. Korea for the last 2 years and this is by far the closest I’ve had to it. I came in and was warmly greeted and given time to order. I got the bibimbap and it was a generous portion. The food is made to order so you will always receive it hot. I ate in to see how they treat other customers and to no surprise the received the same amazing customer service. If I could give more stars I would. Give this restaurant a try for sure.Reviewed by J2✅“
“Met some friends at this restaurant not long ago. This place is always busy and it's always a good time. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing. There's so many options for beer and there's a great list of food options. Our server was amazing and we had a great visit. Would absolutely recommend for a visit!“
“Now this is where I go with my co-workers & chill. I like the way Linda at the bar remembers all of our names & I go a bit, but not enough that my name is recalled! Thanks Linda! The food is a solid. Oh yeah they have a daily menu & happy hour! Try taco Tuesdays you won't regret it!“
“Excellent food, cooked perfectly and for a great price. $34 for what looked like a 8oz+ filet mignon, handmade mashed potatoes and haricot verts. The lamb was also flavorful and around the same price. Service was good. Ambiance was decent. Will definitely come back the delicious food and the great value.“
“Food was delish & even though pur neighboring table was given one of pur parties meals, they brought a fresh one to us in just a few minutes. I always get the greek omlette, the yogurt sauce is so good on everything & my beau orders the crabcake Benny...also the potatoes are a tasty and mandatory “
“came here around Halloween and the place was SOO cutely decorated. i got a steak and cheese sub and it was really good, honestly no critiques. this place felt kind of post apocalyptic, but in the best way possible because it was very spooky themed“
“For the prices, good food and decent selection of beer. The building is a little run down and the owner is a complete goofball. He saw me with my tablet and told me I better not be trying to hack into his network. I was just reading the WSJ online. Weird dude, has some social skills issues. Hence my rating of 3 for atmosphere. The rest of the staff are pretty pleasant. Not a bad spot if you can avoid the owner.“
“Kilroys is a family restaurant that been here forever. It's casual and has an old-fashioned ambiance highlighted by heavy, dark, wood decor and hundreds of posters, photos, signs and magazine covers from decades ago, back to the 30s or 40s. The food is of good, but not great, quality. No connoisseurs here. Despite finding a sign at the entryway they they were short-staffed, our server was prompt, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately the appetizer we ordered , Crispy Fried Calamari, arrived late, barely warm, and soggy. We complained and the server gracefully removed it both from our presence and the bill. Everything else was delicious. Prices are reasonable ($50 - 70 for 2 without alcoholic drinks)“
“I am so impressed, having served 29 years in the Army was not sure what to expect -LOL Visited with two other Retired Soldiers, both of which I served with around the world. We were all impressed with the museum as a whole. Well done displays showing the Army throughout history, past to present, with as much info you could ask for. We met "Steve" a guide who really knew his stuff & had interesting facts/stories about the displays in his area. Museum is a must see for everyone, but especially Veterans as you will leave feeling connected & proud of your Service. Families will leave with a better understanding of military life.“
“I have lived for 28 years on this planet and have had onion rings from an incalculable number of restaurants. I say with complete confidence that Milano's has the perfect onion rings and I can not even imagine any way to improve them. They are big, bready, and crispy with healthy sized onions, just like you would expect from an American grill style restaurant (obviously they aren't an American restaurant, but they do American food very well). But the onion is cooked to perfection and will bite cleanly instead of sliding out and falling apart the first time you rip into it. The outer breading is perfectly fried, but not too oily and maintains its structure. The ability for a kitchen to take a mundane food purchasable anywhere and execute it perfectly is a great sign of a highly skilled staff in my opinion. I live next-door to this place and eat there very regularly. Everything else on the menu is top-notch as well, the whole menu feels very family-recipe style. This is always my go-to spot when I'm feeling sick, it is fantastic comfort food. Their pizza is definitely the best in the neighborhood, although there are a few other joints in Springfield that give them a run for their money.“
“My husband brought me here for happy hour oysters! He did not disappoint and neither did Clyde's. We loved it so much that we came to happy hour the following week! Must try oysters: Jacks point - briny Pemaquid - briny but sweet at same time Standish shore - briny Thatch island - briny bitter First week we went we mistakenly did not sit at the bar so we weren't able to get the wine happy hour or other specials. This was annoying because the hostess did ask if we were coming for happy hour and we disclosed that we were planning to do happy hour. There are signs everywhere advertising for happy hour and of course in super small print, it states must be seated at the bar to avail those prices. Such a shame because we would have ordered more. We each got 2 glasses of wine each- myself white (Sauvignon blanc) and my husband red (Cabernet Sauvignon), bread basket, bowl of New England clam chowder, and 2 rounds of dozen oysters. When we got the bill, we realized our mistake.. The following week, we sat at the bar and the bartender was lovely! She put our orders in as soon as we sat down and informed that not all wines are on the happy hour menu but specific white: gruner veltliner and red: Malbec and our friend ordered beer. We also ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese and ranch, side of fries, and calamari. We finished everything- tasted so good! Their sauces are on point. We will definitely be returning to this spot!“
“If You Want the French Toast... Call in AdvanceDon't get me wrong, I love Busboys and Poets but my most recent visits have been lackluster. The vibe is still good. The food is still good but the service has come to a screeching halt at least at this location.I was recently there on a Friday night and then Sunday morning. I recommended it to two different guests we were hosting because they wanted to meet my mother. The food was excellent on Friday (if you haven't had the catfish that's the dish to get) but the service was super slow. Yes, the place was busy but I was surprised because I haven't experienced this before at Busboys and Poets. On Sunday we arrived at 10AM. My mother ordered her usual Sweet Potato Hash (still need to try it sometime). The rest of us in our party ordered the french toast. I had heard it was good. The waiter then informed us that they were out of french toast. We looked at him like he must've been confused. It was only 10AM. My mother even said, "How are you out of french toast? It's bread and eggs. Harris Teeter is across the street." We all laughed and continued to joke the waiter when he came back to check in on us and asked if we needed anything else. "Yeah, some french toast." Needless to say, he got a good tip.“
“I had the gyro sandwich with the sweet potato fries and it was good. Nothing to write home about but I don't have any major complaints. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the service. Our server was not very attentive and barely stopped by our table to ask if we needed anything. The place was not that crowded so I don't think being busy was the reason. The bill was also very high for what we got.“
“Absolutely amazing food! Greek burger tastes fresh and homemade, fries were loaded with flavor, and the milkshakes were truly delicious. Plus, the military discount is nice, but even without that, I would come back anyway. It's hard to find a good burger today, I mean a truly good burger.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, and all of it clearly labeled so you know exactly what you're getting. None of those mystery veggie patties here!“
“Awesome cheap food! This is a little hole-in-the-wall type diner, tucked away in an industrial zone. It's the sort of place that can't be found except by those who already know where it is. So congrats on finding it! You will not be disappointed in the food! The atmosphere is friendly but no money was wasted on the newest decor. It's a perfect stop for a good and inexpensive lunch or breakfast if you're in the Springfield area. They have American classics as well as international fare. I can't recommend the Bulgogi Box more! They also have a wide selection of drinks, which are hard to find outside of international groceries. I will absolutely be going back!“
“Copperwood is great. The food is good. They usually have good beer and wines to choose from. Go during happy hour and sit in the bar area. Other than that the food is overpriced as is much of Shirlington, probably why so many restaurants close.“
“Absolutely delicious food! Stopped in Occoquan to get out of 95 traffic—we picked a gem! The bacon-wrapped meatloaf was delicious; the Greek Lamb burger was delicious as well! Though they should make their fries “bottomless”! Will definitely stop here again.“
“Our server Neil was phenomenal, very attentive and kind to our baby. We had the chicken parm, steak sub and salmon dishes and all were great. The green beans on the salmon plate were a little Al dente for me but I still think the whole thing was good. Would absolutely recommend!“
“This is the best chicken wing place in town! I'm never disappointed when I come; the food is always good, made-to-order, and fairly priced. Definitely recommend the Lemon Pepper wings. Plus the fries are really good too, even if they're only slightly salted. They crunch just right. Love this place!“
“I LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE. I love the rolls- whenever we come we always get 6-8 baskets they bring them so quick!!! The service is always really good. Last time Robin was our server. She was so sweet and attentive. I usually get the Sirloin with a house salad and it is delicious!! The brownie with ice cream is sooooo good. I love this location so much the hostess is always nice and the ambiance is amazing.“
“Ordered 2 lunches both with ribs and chicken and side of baked beans with a pint of baked beans. Didn't add my total up or I would have seen I wasn't getting what I wanted. Got one lunch with double ? Order of ribs no chicken . No explanation as to why that was.“
“Had a work event their in the morning and I had the Gluten Free pancakes with Dulce De Leche and bananas added to it and the Willy Wonka strawberry hot chocolate. Everything was delicious. Service was decent.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free options“
“If you are looking for a place to enjoy craft beer and delicious food, look no further than Ornery. They offer a variety of beers on tap, from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs, as well as a menu that features burgers, pizzas, salads, and more. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are very reasonable.“
“It’s been awhile but I was impressed,With inflation being what it is prices have been going up and quantity has been going down. I found that although prices were up at Denny’s since my last visit the quality and quantity remained the same. The service was superb and I would highly recommend this place for a good breakfast.“
“Stopped by for a date with my husband. As soon as we walked in we were attentively welcomed and seated. The service was excellent and so was the food. I loved the variety on the menu and really liked that they are very allergy friendly! Our kids have food allergies so I will be coming back with them next time. Overall we had a great time!“
“Hey Scott, hope you’re reading this wanted to let you know tonight I had an amazing night. Your bar tenders kat and Mac are such a great duo behind the bar, I got a new job that’s super stressful and I hit the bar to release some steam and kat and mac we’re so charming and charismatic and really made my night without knowing my circumstances, they just delivered that hospitality and customer service. Wanted to emphasize that kat handled her self with such grace and delivered on that fun atmosphere even with a cheap rude arrogant “iPad adult” that was just nasty and rude I had to turn around on my bar stool and give him my side eye ? did not phase her, she kept her cool calm and collective demeanor. As I seethed in my seat enjoying my cocktail. If I worked for you, I woulda punched him fyi.?“
