“I came here today to try their new jerk chicken. The young man behind the counter was very nice and friendly.

I ordered the big platter with fries. Portions are very generous.

The jerk chicken is interesting. It’s sweet at first and then has a kick at the end. It’s good, the rice was delicious and so were the fries. Def worth it!

Also the guy at the counter was very nice and gave me 2 drinks on the house.“

“Drove past this so many times. My son was craving a burger and my wife found this seeing the positive reviews. I went there Sunday and ordered 2 burgers and the chicken and lamb platter. Everything I ordered was full of flavor and worth the price. My son is picky and when he ate the burger he said it's the best burger he's had. Definitely going back. I would love for this truck to be at Montclair when they have food truck Fridays as well as any HOA events.“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“These are my Afghans so I don’t wanna ruin their reputation. But just giving my personal review. I have been to this restaurant 3-4 times now. Previous visits was good so kept coming. But my most recent visit they got one of the orders wrong so they had to send it back. Took too long. We almost cancel that one because everyone else was almost finished with their food and the food didn’t come almost 30-40 minutes. Also, this time I found a little bit of hair and I just wanted to inform them about it and they didn’t seem to apologize or offer a new plate or anything. They just said all of our people wear head coverings when I brought up that I found hair. From then on out, I lost my appetite. I usually order the ice cream as well, but my appetite was ruined.“

“My son and I stopped in while we were Christmas shopping and found the food EXCELLENT! My son ordered a combination of lamb and beef swcharma burrito, with Jalapeno hummus, onion, corn. lettuce, and mango salsa. The buritto was large enough for my son and I to share and the french fries were perfect.
The fries were hot with the perfect amount of salt and the Schwarma sauce was perfect for both the burrito and dipping the fries in. We will definately return if not to the Springfield Mall location (where we ate) we'll go to the location in Potomac Mills Mall. Again EXCELLANT and at a reasonble price.“

Stopped by last night and had a great experience. This is a family-run halal spot and you can really feel the hospitality when you walk in. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.

If you’re looking for a solid halal chicken and burger spot with great customer service, this place is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“Hey, I don’t usually eat fried chicken whatsoever, but when I entered Dave’s Hot Chicken in Fairfax VA, I was immediately greeted by a young little middle eastern boy who I believe was named Ikram. I was really having a bad day, so this energy really made me excited to be there and eat. Ordering with the little gigglemug boy Ikram really made me a happy cabbage. It was just the pang-wangle I need to brighten my day. I ordered a number 3 with medium spice, and might I tell you it was delightful, dare I say near perfection. This is all thanks to my little kadoova Ikram, he really did it special, even going out of his way to advertise me a special drink called a flash in fruit punch slushy. For this hot day, it really hit the spot. This experience at Dave’s was just a 10/10. The food and service was just amazing. Ikram was simply the bee’s knees, the cherry on top for this experience.to have such another amazing experience at a take out restaurant, it would compare to herding cats! “This was my first experience with this type of food, and it was good! Very filling, the single protein platter was more than I could eat in one sitting, and I'm a rather large eater. I would go back. However, I would say The Halal Guys are comparable to the Little Ceasars or Domino's of their place in the industry. If you want to play it safe with a commercialized version of Halal food, then this is it. Please don't take that as a negative, Little Ceasars has its place in the market & it's time for when necessary, and so does The Halal Guys.“

Location is clean, bright and inviting. Staff is friendly, helpful and chill. I got the 18 pc today, never had it. It’s the saucy chicken. Flavors I got were: Mike’s Hot Honey, Spicy Buffalo and Spicy BBQ. The hot honey tasted abysmal, I didn’t like it whatsoever but since it’s part of my total order I covered it in sauce and ate it but I will never go for that again. Either change the recipe (suggestion) or remove it but everything else was tasty. I normally get other menu items but I generally recommend Dave’s“

“The most delicious, authentic Indian food served by a most gracious gentleman. The Nan, of which there are several choices, was warm and buttery. The homemade cheese was exceptionally delicious. Another diner had butter chicken and was raving at how tender the chicken was. And the samosas were wonderful. Everything at our table was a 10 out of 10. Treat yourself, dine at this wonderful restaurant!“

“Food was pretty good, a bit overpriced for what you get. Spicy levels just seem to be more or less of the stuff they toss it in. I tried both hot and extra hot. It was flavorful and not just hot.. But the flavor was almost sweet, salty, and spicy.. Hard to explain. Fries were great. Employees were all top notch, service was impressive. Only one bathroom though.“

“I go to Haveli every year with friends during Ramazan and it always has been a wonderful experience. I like the vibe and their ambiance. I recently visited during ramazan this year and felt like the food is not that great compared to last year.

Their customer service was excellent! And I believe it’s the owner/manager who is also very cooperative so will give 100% there!

A couple of feedback - If they could focus on the food freshness and the quality like the previous years it would attract more customers and would be great!

Also, I want to request if they could get the drinking dispensers cleaned especially, where the nozzle/faucet of the dispenser is it would be great because that area of the dispensers were dirty and it made me wonder if thats the reason why the beverages were not consumed.
