“Literally where do I even start. Of course the food is always bomb, but the service here makes this my go to subway, I’ll always come here no matter how far. Everyone is so kind and genuinely make the experience so much nicer with all the hospitality. Especially Ganye. I have been a regular since before he worked here, and I can say 100% that he has made my experience better ever since. “Wow!!!! This Jersey Mike’s Has Completely Turned Around!”

I honestly wasn’t planning to come back to this Jersey Mike’s because my last experience (and some of the old reviews) weren’t great — orders mixed up, slow service, just not the usual Jersey Mike’s quality I expected.

But my cousin was craving Jersey Mike’s, so I decided to give this Lorton location another try and wow, what a difference! It feels like this place is under new management or has a completely new team, because everything about it was top-notch.

The store looked spotless… bright, organized, and super welcoming. The team was hustling, but still friendly and upbeat. You could tell they took pride in what they were doing. I ordered my go-to, the Original Italian, and it was perfect: the bread was fresh and soft, the meats and cheese were layered just right, and it had that signature “Mike’s Way” flavor that makes you want to go back for another bite.

I also got to meet one of the owners, I believe and they were incredibly friendly and professional really took time to make sure my order was right and that I was happy with everything. That kind of customer care is rare these days, and it made the whole experience stand out even more.

The quality, service, and atmosphere are completely different now. I left impressed and genuinely happy this is how Jersey Mike’s should be run! I will definitely be back with my hubby because he loves a good sandwich lol.“

Food is made to order and absolutely delicious, located on the first level of the business complex, and well worth the drive if you are close! Prices are reasonable and portions are perfect. “Its good. Of all the food court options on Ft. Belvoir, Charley’s does the best job offering a consistently good product. The food is cooked to order the way you want it, so it’s always hot and fresh. Basically the opposite of the Panda Express next to it. If you happen to be in or near the PX, I recommend this location.

The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.“
