“Decided to try mae ornnit with my sister based on the strong reviews they have. Our server provided excellent, attentive service from start to finish. Mixed reviews on the food: Papaya salad was a downer. Lacks that nice flavor with fish sauce and papaya slices were sliced a bit too thick. Tom kha gai and chicken wonton soups were a winner. Lovely coconut milk flavor for tom kha soup. Fried tofu was pretty decent. The sweet and sour sauce for crispy flounder rocked, but I was expecting a slightly fresher flounder than what we had. Overall a pretty nice experience and we may return if we pass by the area again.“

“I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times now and the Green Curry and Pad Thai are phenomenal. However, I ventured out of that standard order this past time and decided to get the Drunken Noodles as well. They were just plain noodles with oil, and no sauce. Hands down the worst that I have had and that is the reason I can only give 4 stars instead of 5. I'm not sure if the cook forgot the sauce or if this was standard for them, but steer clear of the Drunken Noodles. Everything else I've had has been fantastic though!“

“I am writing this comment from Alaska. I moved here last year. I used to get pad see ew at least once in a week in this restaurant. Food was delicious and staff were always nice. Long story short, I am really missing this food and looking for same quality here but couldn’t find yet. 🥹“

“The ambiance of the restaurant, Pasara, was excellent: quiet, impressive, well decorated, and clean place. The service was good and quickly served us. The food was excellent and the reason why I gave this place 4 stars. We stopped here for a brief & small dinner of appetizers before going to the movies. We ordered summer rolls and calamari. The food was well prepared. The calamari was the best I ever had. The summer rolls were good but not the best I ever had.
Two appetizers and a soft drink with 20% tip for $37 . Fair prices for two medium size appetizers and a Diet Coke. These were the highlights of our visit here.

The downside:

Glasses & dishwater looked old. Scratch or wear marks on rims of glasses.

The ice water they gave us tasted like it came from a faucet or unfiltered.

There were no happy hour drink specials or dining specials.

Service was quick to seat us yet slow in taking our orders.

Even though the calamari was the best I ever had and the highlights of this restaurant, I was not compelled to re-visit this place as soon as possible like other restaurants in the past.

There are other Thai places in the area that offer excellent prices for excellent & larger quantities of food with dining specials. Yet this place is convenient and close to the movie theater and stores . The food is excellent to good for fair prices as well.“

A little rough on service start we had to listen to waitress vent about how she has to serve Alo e and the guy who was to show up to help won:t be in until 5pm.
