The blueberry mimosas were so good. The gooey goose bread was 10/10. Her smile, energy, and passion for seeing others come together over a meal was felt instantly. I cannot wait to come back again and hopefully she will be in a managers position. I just hope she’ll make the exception of serving us again. Give her a raise. Give her a promotion. This lady is a Rock Star for IHOP on West Broad St. in Richmond VA. I was seated quickly and had my beverage fast. Food was delivered piping hot and was yummy. 😛

“It was a pretty busy when I went, people lined up inside to get out of the cold. The staff handled it really well and it seemed like tables were prepped and food came out really quickly. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of our server, Emmanuel! Even with how busy things were, he was very kind and outgoing. We came for my nephews birthday, so he gave all the kids hats and brought 3 other staff over to sing!

I read another review before going and someone mentioned Emmanuel being top notch. When our server first came to the table, I only thought to check his name tag after he started talking with us. Sure enough, same Emmanuel at our table. Seriously, he's probably the best server I've EVER had at any restaurant. Give that man a raise! Oh, the food was good too, especially the eggs. Gotta figure out how they do it.“

“MSBC is awesome, I've been to locations in other states many times. This might be the best of the best (they're all great). The mgr had his sleeves rolled up helping out, staff was super friendly, place was clean, and the food was exactly what I was expecting. Can't ask for more but I'll recommend this: I always order the Five & Dime with fresh OJ. Never disappoints.“
