Fries are amazing and even better with the guacamole sauce from the free condiment bar. Everything is better with the guacamole sauce, especially the beans. (If you ordered the birria, throw the leftover consommé in there too.) Tomatillo sauce is also very good. The sauces and mild pickled onions and fresh radish make it for me. Keeps it fresh and vibrant. Fast service too. I live half a mile away and they still beat me every time.“

“Chuy's has a fun, colorful atmosphere- with lots of decorations and hubcaps on the ceiling! Their margaritas were nice and tart (interesting choice of cup though). My favorite would have to be the loaded Nachos with added guacamole. So filling!! I also ordered the Tex Mex meal. It was alright. The portion was great, maybe just missing some spice in the sauce. There was also some ground beef on top of the enchilada. I wish they would have mentioned this on the menu since I was going meatless that day. It was only a small amount, but now I know for future. “Went here with friends a few evenings back. I had one of the best Spinach Quesadillas in my life here. So flavorful! Unfortunately, I really wanted a margarita with it. That would've made the meal complete. My sister said she had seen margaritas listed here online, but our server informed us they do not serve any alcohol. Bummer!I still highly recommend this place for its food though.“

“We decided to take a chance on going out for dinner on Valentines Day and chose Los Panchos. I'm glad we did. We love it there anyway, but they certainly went above and beyond for all the sweethearts out to dinner. We went about 5:30pm. They had a lot of extra tables set up to accommodate extra people. They had brought in & set up numerous little round tables for two with paper tablecloths & balloons tied to some of the chairs. They also had plenty of staff & everyone was on their toes! The food was awesome, as always. Giant thumbs up to Los Panchos and the wonderful staff for making Valentines Day dinner wonderful & less stressful. The service was fair, there were a couple of empty glasses of water at the table but it’s understandable as our server was completing her closing duties. “We picked this place to meet some old friends. We were overly impressed with the looks of this place. My wife was very excited about their real wood buring fireplace. We sat at a high top near the fireplace so she could see it. Good open seating all around, very nice bar area. They have a huge selection of self-serve salsas which is a unique experience in a Mexican restaurant setting.
