“Our workplace recently had a catered lunch from Grapevine, and it was hands-down one of the best catered meals we’ve ever had. The chicken Alfredo was rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked, the rolls were soft and fresh, and the salad was crisp and flavorful—everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Beyond the food, what truly sets Grapevine apart is the welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Whether it’s catering or dining in, you always feel like more than just a customer. The owners, management, and staff are all top notch, friendly, and genuinely care about your experience. We love going in to sit down because it truly feels like being part of the Grapevine family, and you can taste the pride they put into every meal. “On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“Great Food, Great service & Great atmosphere!! This is one of my top favorite restaurants. I've honestly never had a bad experience. I have gone for lunch, happy hoir and dinner! Almways great! The lamb chops, salads, truffle fries, cheesecake, drinks ("when doves cry" is my fav)... the list goes on. So very good! Try it for yourself...you wont be disappointed :)“

“When a menu has both Thai and British fare, try both! Second time in with my wife and the food is fantastic. The restaurant is clean and the service is great. We had the pad Thai and fish and chips with the haddock. Best F&C I've had. The fish was cooked perfectly, the batter was light and crisp. The pad Thai was top notch as well. My wife likes it so much we are taking my mother-in-law back when she visits from Michigan.“

It is a small and quaint atmosphere with some touches of Japan decor with lovely portraits of the majestic Mt. Fuji. Their hand rolled sushi was exceptional and their presentation was on point. We would definitely recommend.“

“Went to Chen's for lunch today and the food was excellent as usual. Haven't been in years as I live in Chesterfield, but while working in Innsbrook ordered from there for years. It was nice to be greeted warmly, service was prompt and attentive and my Moo Shu Pork was a walk down memory lane. Delicious. Will definitely go again soon.“

“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

“"I had an great first time experience. The wait time was reasonable. The atmosphere was inviting, with great service from the friendly staff. Although l did witness this one young waitress (blonde hair braided in ponytail) come out the bathroom stall and walked right out the restroom and didn't wash her hands. I was highly disgusted. They need reiterate how in important for staff to wash their hands. On another note the menu offered a great selection, and the crab ragoon I ordered was incredibly delicious! The dessert ordered was delicious. l believe it was called Brule or something like that. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable but some were a little pricey. Other than that l do plan on returning again.“

“We came on Friday night for jazz. The performer was WONDERFUL....her voice was silky and sultry and reminded me of Samara Joy! We ordered appetizers, which were all good. However, I was expecting the fried pickles to be cut like chips versus steak fries. Our server, Enjhonae, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and extremely pleasant!! Overall, it was a great way to spend a Friday night and we will definitely do it again!!“

“This place is the absolute best in the Richmond surrounding area. The owner is really nice and his food is amazing. The amount of food you get for the price is another reason to come here. The cheesesteak is one of the bests I’ve ever had. I ordered an 8 inch and he gave me a 12 inch. I could easily split this up into 3 meals. Go support local business and enjoy 😍“
