“I've been here a couple of times and I really love the taro bubble tea. It is a must have!!!! This time around I happen to leave my purse behind and I was looking all over for it at home and in my car for a week! I wanted to take the time to thank Jonathan Argueta for reaching out to me and letting me know that he found it and was holding it for me. I am very appreciative because it's been hectic trying to run my business without any of my credit cards and ID. The staff here went above and beyond!!!“

I feel like they changed the recipe or someone is making them wrong…because my recent times they come out so pale and patchy. Not golden brown and crispy anymore. “This Kokee Tea stand is ok, but I prefer going to the Main Street location. The Fair Oaks make the bubble tea before you order so you can’t really change your mind, which I think is a little ridiculous because it should be as soon as you pay, and they have rules about touching the counter. The cashier was also judgmental about me getting a lychee tea with boba, and I had to give in and say I wanted both boba and lychee topping. The teas here are great, but the ones at the Kokee Tea - Main Street location are even better. I’m also a rewards member and unable to redeem my points when I go to this Kokee Tea.“

“Fun experience and delicious beverage treats! We enjoyed being able to order on the screen and our drinks were prepared very quickly! A little pricey but when you consider the cost of everything and how much is going into the drinks, it’s no different than anything else. We appreciated the kind tea makers confirming that we wanted each of the ingredients and really wanted to ensure they got our drinks correct. We signed up for the loyalty program and will definitely be back to try other drinks. We enjoyed mango and strawberry machi. Our first but definitely not last visit!“

“I have never had as good "cheese" foam experience as they do on this boba. I think the marketing could do a better job explaining what it is. It's basically like whipped maacarpone cheese blended with your normal boba tea flavor variety. We usually get mango smoothie with cheese or taro smoothie with cheese. It's light and foamy and such a delicious surprise.“

“We ordered mango and red bean bingsoo and they were really delicious. Mango had sweetness with a hint of tang from mango. The shavings were smooth and so creamy. Good food but lack of service. There was no interaction between customers and workers. We will be back for bingsoo.“
