“My husband and I went here and were seated right away. The service was excellent the entire visit. We wanted to try as many things as possible so we ordered from their pre fixed menu option. Our table was pretty small So the table got really crowded fast! Food was pretty good, the fried fish was surprisingly my favorite. Meal ended with a dessert too. Nice touch. We will definitely be going back and requesting a booth instead of the table because we rarely order one or two items.“
“What a surprise! I walk past this place all the time. After reading the reviews I stopped in. whoa. Nice extensive menu, friendly staff. Quick service. Very tasty and flavorful Vietnamese food. I noticed people at the next table didn’t finish their pho. Hmmm, something wrong, I wondered? Then my bowl of noodles with beef flank steak came out. Delicious. In spite of my good intentions, I couldn’t finish it all! I can hear my mother in the background berating me about the starving kids in Biafra, etc. Hey! I’m 70 years old and still hear that. We had the summer rolls and the sausage rolls for appetizers. They were very good as expected. My wife had grilled chicken over rice and lots of fresh veggies to mix in as desired. This has been inserted near the top of our favorite restaurants list.“
“My boyfriend and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner. It was so good we’ve now made it an annual tradition. The atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the food was excellent. Very professional staff, great food, incredible restaurant. What more can I say? We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a great experience.“
“Soups are so good and tasty, and thumbs up to the Korean traditional Galbi Jjim(Steamed Beef Ribs in sauce); it's a bit pricey but well worth it. So fortunate to have this restaurant finally opened in Annandale.Parking: There are limited parking lot in front but there are plenty more on the side.“
“New favorite Vietnamese place. Their BBQ Pork Bahn Mi is a revelation. The tangy crunch of the pickled vegetables contrasts beautifully with the pork and the crunchy baguette. They have a Pick 2 Deal that puts Panera to shame. SO much food, for an incredible value. They also have lots of great quick grab entrees (dumplings, spring rolls etc), if you’re looking for a quality add-on. Will definitely be back.“
“I always enjoy going to Elephant Jumps Thai restaurant for their food. I usto work across the street back in the days and found out about this restaurant. I have tried a different meal every time I have ordered from here and have never been disappointed. I have moved to Woodbridge and I still make the drive when I want to get some Thai food.“
“This is my favorite Thai place in Falls Church. They have great food and great service. They even have reusable plastic plates for the little ones :)Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and reusable plastic plates and silverware for kids“
“I have been eyeing Earl's sign about fresh roasted turkey and today I gave it a try (delivery). I have to say that Earl's is a real gem!Turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce: Just divine! Turkey is so tender that it is falling apart (like pulled chicken). Bread is whole grain, fresh, and nice mix of seeds.Garlic chicken sandwich with roasted peppers: my husband said it was really good.Vegetable sandwich (with balsamic vinegar or basil mayo): Excellent, chock full of mushrooms.Salad (with chicken): excellent. We particularly enjoyed the fresh apple slices (tasted like they had lemon juice). The dressing, though, was unexpected, only vinegar (no oil). We ended up using our ranch dressing we had on hand and sprinkled a little vinegar on top.So glad to have tried Earl's and we will definitely do it again (can't stop thinking about the turkey!).Update 3/3/24 We just finished our lunch of Mona Lisa (veggie) and Turkey and brie sandwiches and I am thinking of mine (turkey and brie). The best sandwich I have had (maybe ever). My husband really liked his Mona Lisa, too.“
“Came here for pho but was pleasantly surprised with the empanadas! They were so good ? the pho was average. Nothing really special, thought it was good but wasn’t the best I ever had. The green apple boba was good.I would like to come back and try something else. The ambience is nice, lots of seating on a Sunday evening.“
“The Thai dishes are very flavorful and the spicy dishes come with a nice punch! The Pad Thai has an extra flavor of citrus (lemon) which allows you to have more and more without feeling heavy. You can taste the "wok heat" from the Pad See Ew dish. The spice will wake you up but you don't suffer. The folks there are super nice and friendly. This is a revisit spot for sure.“
“"It's really delicious! It's even better than the Philly steak I had in Philadelphia. The quesadilla is also incredibly delicious! The sweet potato fries are also incredibly tasty, so I highly recommend them. It was so delicious that I decided to get a sandwich to go and gave it to my daughter. She said, 'Wow, sandwiches can be this delicious too!'" I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“The food is great! If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine this is the place to go. The restaurant itself has a relaxing atmosphere. The lady owning the place is extremely nice, she even gave us a tour of the kitchen since it wasn’t busy. I can’t praise it enough.“
“Katie’s Coffee House in Great Falls, VA is the place to be on Saturday mornings if you like cars! This weekly event attracts local car enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles. The cars are extraordinary! The coffee is great! The staff is always pleasant!“
“November 2023 - I've visited Hai Duong many times over the years. Menu has increased and it's a solid restaurant for pho and rice dishes. Though the last time the boiled chicken was dry. Friendly staff, quick to respond. Clean. Do recommend.“
“I was a little taking aback when walking in with two other friends, I was told it would be a 20 minute Wait, even to sit at the bar, when they were very few people in the restaurant and more employees. if I return, I will happily reinstate the star lost should the welcoming experience be slightly different and things make more sense.proceeding to the bar, the gentleman did a fantastic job serving us, despite the fact that we were there for unlimited soup and salad. he was on it! thank you!Vegetarian options: you can get things that are vegetarian thereParking: tight garage, but many spaces.“
“I've been to Gom Shabu Shabu Centerville and been here a few times, and the meat and vegetables are definitely fresher these days, so I like it. I didn't like meat before. It's nice to be able to eat warm hot pot food in the winter. However, the waiting time to place a refill order is too long. Even if you ring the bell, the waitresses are busy and don't come often, so you have to keep looking and waiting.“
“Went here for lunch on a weekday, so it was not busy at all which I love. My family comes here to eat whenever we go to Eden. We got a bun mang vit and com tam bi suon cha. They came out pretty quickly. Loved both dishes! So delicious! Make sure you dip the duck meat in the ginger sauce, soooo good. The duck meat is nothing without the sauce that it comes with. My husband loved his com tam as well. Meat was well marinated.“
“My wife and often escape our condo office for their tasty and inexpensive lunch. We also get delivered food from them. No delivery charge, but we tip the driver well. We love their eggplant dishes, meaty spare ribs, duck and so far almost everything on their extensive menu.“
“4.5 StarsI have been here a few times and each time was very good. It is my go-to local Thai restaurant. The decor is simple, clean and bright and the space was quiet enough that we could carry on a conversation without being distracted. Service was very good and I’ve never had to ask for a water refill. The flavors are always incredible. My dining companion and I were hungry, so we had the Panisa soup: was incredibly delicious and left satisfied.Parking: Parking spots fill up quickly closer to the restaurant as it’s located in a relatively busy shopping center, but more is available near the grocery store.“
“It's one of the better places for carry out Chinese food. I recommend it for the neighborhood we lived in, which is the Lincolnia part of Alexandria Their egg drop soup is the best I've ever tasted having visited most of not all Chinese restaurants in Alexandria. Their egg serving is much more their others!“
“Best bang for your buck lunch in the area. Lunch special comes with kabob of your choice on rice with a side salad and side of your choice, sauce and soda for a little less than $11. Afghan style food. Super quick too. Beef kabudeh lunch special in the picture but I subbed my rice for extra salad ?“
“I have tried pho restaurants all over Virginia. I've had friend's grandmothers and aunties hit me with the homemade pho. I thought I had greatness but hands down this place kicks all the others in the booty big time. The broth is so clean and flavorful. I've had it hungover and I left the broth out; not one piece of congealed fat from how clean it is. Whoever is making this broth must be protected at all times and I want to send her birthday presents“
“For several years my family and I have been coming to Pho restaurant. As you step into large restaurant you notice a sense of freshness and cleanliness. Our favorite server Tony has the upmost professionalism bringing top quality service, very respectful, polite and with great customer service skills. We admire everyone’s dedication to making sure customer leaves happy with the service. Among various delicious food, we recommend crispy chicken wings, veggie spring rolls and beef pho soup. Tropical fruit tea and passion fruit tea are our favorite drinks :)“
“We've dined here a few times, and their pho is generally good, especially on a cold and windy day. Out of all the dishes, Combo #3 Sampler is our favorite. Its generous portions of tasty shrimp cakes and pork meatballs are delightful and can quickly fill our empty stomachs. Overall, the service is decent, and the ambiance is tidy. It's cool these days, and we will return to have hot pho soup from them soon.“
“Conveniently located near Loews and Burlington in Fairfax, this Korean-style Chinese restaurant serves good Jjajangmyeon (Black bean noodles) and Tangsuyook (Fried pork with sweet sauce) that are generously proportioned. The decor is a bit old, but it is a good restaurant to visit when you crave these dishes.“
“My fav go-to local Chinese joint. This place always delivers and when I do have to go somewhere else because someone else chooses, can’t help but comparing and feeling like I have to eat here soon after to make up for the subpar Chinese food I just had elsewhere. LOVE their in-house made noodles (knife-cut is my preference if you like thick chewy noodles) in the pork with fermented soybean paste (pronounced ja jang myun). Not a noodle soup dish but comes with a small side of broth. A WINNER!“
“Pho Hai Duong is a fantastic spot in Annandale for fresh Vietnamese flavors, and the folks that run it have a very welcoming energy!Their vegetarian options are fantastic, especially the Bánh Xèo Chay, which is a delightfully crispy crepe filled with tofu and veggies that you wrap in lettuce and dip into a deliciate and savory yet sweet sauce. I'll definately be ordering it again. If you dine in, they're very attentive, service is quick, and the food comes out piping hot. The dining area has a warm glow from the lighting, and it's very clean and cozy. If you order take-out, everything is packaged really well for transit.10/10 would recommend!Parking: They're in a strip with other businesses, and have a large parking lot.“
“This is my favorite Panera. I loved sitting here with a bit of food / something to drink and working on my Master's or work projects at the tail end of COVID. I love the big window along one side that looks out on Maple Avenue. Parking is a challenge, but there's plenty around back.“
“I ordered my favorite soup, one cup of cappuccino and a blueberry scone. The scone wasn't available, and at the pick-up area, they said the steam-machine doesn't work - no coffee. That was frustrating, I asked for a refund. The manager completed my refund, offered fresh coffee, and presented a bag of small scones. That was very nice and my mood became better. ?“
“I am no longer used to this "going out" thing so I forgot to take pics before we scarfed the food. Our server Mason took great care of us and even took the time to listen to our stories. This was chicken dumplings and cheasesteak egg rolls. We would order both again, maybe with a side of mustard. And the wife loves her Cadillac margarita.“
“One of the best Panera in Alexandria, food is amazing. Excellent customer service, especially the young man Adam at the cashier always greeting with a warm smile on his face! Rest of the Staff and manager are really polite and friendly too. Definitely would recommend.“
“Really great people work here ? they create a welcoming environment. Their Panera Bread cafe is very clean, the food and coffee are amazing. Lots of healthy options. They also have smoothies. I got the Turkey chili soup with an apple, a large hazelnut coffee, and a Horizon milk for extra protein and calcium. Their menu is so tempting with a variety of delicious sandwiches, pizza, macaroni and cheese, salads, healthy bowls, and of course their famous broccoli and cheddar soup. They have bakery items too, and if you come in the morning, they have a fantastic breakfast menu. They play relaxing music and it’s a good place to chill and eat a healthy meal! Love Panera Bread so much! ?❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“My grandma, roommate, and I went here for dinner, and the food did not disappoint! The server was incredibly kind, and the food was AMAZING. We all got boba, (mango, taro, and passionfruit) and even my grandma said it was delicious!! My roommate and I both got the p31 and my grandma got the 45 I believe. All three bowls were incredibly flavorful, and full of meat and noodles. The summer rolls were also absolutely delicious. The food is a great price for the amount you get, and the restaurant was incredibly clean. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!!!“
“The food here is great, I’ve been going here for a few years now and whenever I take my friends/family here they love it!! The service is the best here, they always treat me and my friends/family like with care and respect. However, there was an incident that happened a few weeks ago with another table while I was there and they were very disrespectful to the staff, they were way over dramatic and the staff did all they could to be kind and respectful to the mean people. At the end of the day this is a great place to dine at, 10/10 recommend!!!“
“This was the tastiest and fastest to go order I've ever gotten. My aunt comes here all the time, she says she loves it because of the staff and the food is actually delicious. Took her advice so we came here together. The staff is the cutest and super friendly! Some of the members do not speak English but they go out of their way to understand your needs. Luckily my family and I are Spanish speaking so we had a brief conversation while we waited for our chicken. They have amazing options! My aunt got the whole chicken with 4 sides for $34 and I got the whole chicken with 2 sides for $28 (I think). They also have an option for a whole chicken 1/2 with 6 sides for $50! We didn't go with that option only because she was buying for her family and I was buying for mine. Sides are good portions and you have the option to choose between 4 individual sauces or a bigger container for the green and yellow sauce. The place is located in a busy shopping center so parking can be limited. Would recommended calling ahead if you do not plan on eating there only because of the parking situation! Overall the place is small, more suitable for smaller parties. It is very clean and well organized. Like I mentioned before we got our food super fast and the chicken was fresh and still warm after driving 20 mins back home. 10/10 for me!“
“Really enjoyed this trio!!! 2oz each of shrimp, lobster and crab rolls. Great way to sample them all! Highly recommend this!!!!!!!I had this delivered. Got the Luke's Trio with salt and vinegar chips, pickle and a blueberry lemonade drink.“
“I've been eating at China King since 2011. It is not fancy at all but it is very tasty and very cheap (especially for lunch). Their lunch "number 1" Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. I drive 20 minutes to get my fix :) Their Singapore Rice noodles are fantastic (and did I mention cheap?)“
“Overall a satisfying dinner. Kid-friendly establishment, considering it's Olive Garden, so that's a big plus. They're flexible with it all.I haven't been to an Olive Garden in ages and I must say, it's really good and worth the price all things considered. Alcoholic dinks are priced well (though as expected, very sweet). Meatballs were probably our favorite. We also got the Trio thing (lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, and chicken parm). Bread sticks and salad are always amazing, of course. Service was also good! Rigo (I believe was his name?) was incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. For being only his first week, I would have been fooled into thinking he'd been there for a bit already.Anyways, had a good time. Will probably bring the kiddos back. Excuse the bad photo with my dirty plate!Parking: Free large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, family restaurant, flexibility, accessibility“
“There’s young people working here but they’re nice and respect their elders. I don’t know what the other reviewer was on but I know from my experience they’ve always been willing to lend a hand out to people — ask and they’re at your service. Kind people who care about their job. Also, the food is really good. 10/10 I want to come here again so bad ❤️ ?“
