“I was surprised that my gyro platter didn’t actually have a gyro on it but a bunch of chopped up lamb with pita triangles. Honestly, I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to eat it. Owners may want to examine that. All the signs posted about an up charge if a credit card is used was very off putting. I considered not coming because it was so stuck in my head from a past visit. My elderly mother was so appalled, she suggested not leaving a tip. Of course I tipped but I mentioned this so owners will see what is going through guests minds when they read those signs. Please get rid of them. Guests know that restaurants are charged for credit card services but we don’t like to be reminded. Our waitress never checked back on us and our drinks went dry. Consider employee training. I will return because generally the food is terrific and Bellgreek is close to my home. Hope my comments are helpful to management.“

“My son as a ton of allergies (dairy, egg, soy, nuts) and because you all have OatMilk/Vegan flavors, he can enjoy an evening out with ice cream like the rest of us! We appreciate so much that you all do this!! And the flavors are yummy!!!“

“Recently had Sunday lunch and food and service was very good. It is one of my favorite places to eat. If you have gone for burger night and were not entirely satisfied with your burger, don't judge the entire restaurant by that meal. The price of the burger is good but it has been my experience they are so slammed by the volume that sometimes the burgers and the service are not up to their usual standards. Love their German wurst plate and their salads.“

“We’ve been here multiple times and the food is always great. We recently went during their holiday set up and it was very fun. The atmosphere was great. I want to mostly highlight that they were very helpful with us bringing my 3 month old. They brought out a special holder for the car seat, didn’t make me feel awkward for having a baby in a nicer restaurant and were so kind. Highly recommend for service, food, and atmosphere.“

“My husband and I tried Extra Billy's Smokehouse for the first time. We had the feast platter and everything was delicious. I loved the Brisket Vegetable soup, best soup I ever had. I loved their BBQ sauce too. Service was excellent, food arrived hot and delicious. We highly recommend.“

“Burger, fries, and pizza were all delicious! Service was good too. Brussel sprouts were crispy but needed a bit more sauce. Cocktails sounded interesting but ended up being a bit mediocre. The happy hour specials on beer sound like more the way to go. Atmosphere was cool but somewhat loud.“
