I spoke to the manager (if I remember correctly, her name was Faith) and she could not have been any nicer or more professional in straightening out our problem. Crumbl is lucky to have such a pleasant person working for them, and taking the time to help me out....

“My husband and I were looking for a new place for breakfast last weekend and stumbled upon The Grill. We went on a Sunday after church and they were busy but our wait was short and staff was friendly. I ordered one of the breakfast specials, the Cinnamon sugar French toast, and it was honestly the best French toast I have ever had. I can’t even find words to describe how amazing this French toast tasted.. the cinnamon sugar made the crust a little crisp and it was truly to die for.. so good I’m still thinking about it over a week later 😂 Also the potatoes were crisp on the outside and so fluffy and delicious on the inside. This was the first time in years neither of us needed a to-go box because the food was so good we couldn’t stop eating it!! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but our experience here was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we can’t wait to come back in with the whole family! “Ladies: My first visit however not the last one. I live soft ice cream handmade with fresh pineapples. Do you have all the schools stop for visits or senior centers off iron bridge. You may need to distribute flyers. Do you have live bands at 5 until closing? I have eaten at the restaurant however I dined almost 12 years ago. I will return! I love the sitting area outside! What a charming surrounding in the country! Is someone going to renovate the farm house for the owner? Can he add a one level hotel for guests? Lastly, do you serve hot dog and hamburgers at 7 pm? An outdoor blow up movie theater could be added on Friday and Saturday only!“

“I've been seeing this place online for a while and decided to try it. My family placed an online order. It was ready during the estimated time. Everything was hot and prepared well. The cocktail shrimp was so delicious. My son really liked them. My husband said the chicken and fries were great. I had a crab leg and shrimp combo. My food was really scrumptious as well. I thought prices and portions were really good compared to similar restaurants.“

“This place is one you have to order out, but when I tell you the pizza is delicious, I mean it. To me, it is honestly one of the best (if not THE best) pizzeria in Richmond. The ingredients are fresh and the red sauce is perfection.

My only critique would be for a crispier crust, but that's just me. I have ordered their Greek pizza and have had both my aunt and grandmother try it and both agreed it was one of the best slices they've had since moving down here from NY (hence why I like a crispier crust, lol).

I have struggled to find anywhere that has shrimp & grits, to my particular liking, since Lady Nawlins closed--I have to say, Charred's version really put me in the mind of my old fave! It was excellent! We got a hot Hawaiian pizza to go and that was super tasty, also! I will be back often, this might become my new lil go to spot based on the awesome cocktail variety! Definitely a change from other clubs. The beer was good and I'm not a beer drinker. They had wine too. I will try the wine next time. Now I know why the parking lot is packed when I pass by in my car. Im glad I finally gave it a try.“

I’ve tried tacos from a wide range of restaurants, and this spot easily ranks as one of the best I’ve had.

“A nice place to eat. If you bring more than 5 people with you, expect to pay 18% more than you would because they charge you without telling you or having it posted anywhere in the restaurant. We usually enjoy eating here. We brought family with us and had a poor server, then they threw in the surprise extra fee because we had 7 people... when I asked, they then told me about the fee and where it told about it in the store... they said and I quote "when we 1st opened, we had it posted on our website, but took it off since people know it now..." verbatim what I was told. My wife & I eat there a lot... well- we did. And we definitely won't bring more clientele with us when we do. Food is pretty good. Service tends to be ok... for the most part... hopefully you won't have any complaint because they don't care about them.“
