“My husband and I were looking for a new place for breakfast last weekend and stumbled upon The Grill. We went on a Sunday after church and they were busy but our wait was short and staff was friendly. I ordered one of the breakfast specials, the Cinnamon sugar French toast, and it was honestly the best French toast I have ever had. I can’t even find words to describe how amazing this French toast tasted.. the cinnamon sugar made the crust a little crisp and it was truly to die for.. so good I’m still thinking about it over a week later 😂 Also the potatoes were crisp on the outside and so fluffy and delicious on the inside. This was the first time in years neither of us needed a to-go box because the food was so good we couldn’t stop eating it!! I don’t leave reviews as often as I should but our experience here was so good and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much we can’t wait to come back in with the whole family! Thank you to the staff and to the amazing chefs they have in the back! Until next time 🩵“

“First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

“What a phenomenal option. My wife and I were blown away. All of the food was exceptional and you can tell the staff both in and outside the kitchen really care about what they're doing. Our server Sara S was fantastic and very friendly devoting time to make conversations instead of rushing through a job. Additionally, culinary director Mitchell came to our table unprompted to check in with us and gave us a complimentary appetizer after hearing it was our first time dining there. He also reappeared toward the end of our meal and chatted with us a bit about his passion for the restaurant and the craft. Truly a great experience.“

“Best coffee joint in Virginia period. I go there multiple times throughout the week been going there for over two years and while they have a rotating staff as it’s usually a seasonal type job the staff remains the best no matter who is on. They treat me, my partner and my dog Tex with just the utmost respect and care and they are all super friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough and I will never go to Starbucks or any other joint for that reason alone.“

“The Busy Street Cici’s in Richmond is one of the best Cici’s I’ve visited ! I had the opportunity to eat here with my son and we really really enjoyed it . My son has taken his kids here a couple times and they’ve always enjoyed it .
The pizza here at this location just tasted better . It was fresher and the vegetables and toppings tasted better.
Also , the friendly staff is a big plus. The young man Brian and the manager Martin are great people, you can tell they care . Thank you for a great experience“

So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “My husband and I tried Extra Billy's Smokehouse for the first time. We had the feast platter and everything was delicious. I loved the Brisket Vegetable soup, best soup I ever had. I loved their BBQ sauce too. Service was excellent, food arrived hot and delicious. We highly recommend.“

This was my husband's and my first time at this location (we usually go to the one on Broad in the West End) and we came late in the day, near closing time, hence the reduced pastry options - the video shows what was left. The most popular options go earlier, so come early for the best selection.

Same menu as the other locations, as far as I can tell. My go to are the sparkling fruit teas, and my husband likes their boba tea. This location has some unique seating options. It's better for 2-3 people groups, though there is the round seating/tables if you're with a larger group. It's quite aesthetic, and unique from the other locations. More plants and greenery in this location.“

We got 3 chicken alfredo and one seafood alfredo. The soup and salad we got before the main course was delicious. Especially the vegan soup, that is yummy. The main course came out quick and hot.
