“Ate are the Midlothian location yesterday after a long day of appointments. It was our first time. The food and service were wonderful. We had the Romanian Steak and Chicken Kabob. Both were wonderful!“

“The food was absolutely delicious!! I ordered the fried dumplings and beef bulgogi. The person I was with ordered combination fried rice. The dumplings were perfectly fried and came out so hot, when I bit into it, the juice inside burst out and burned my tongue. The beef bulgogi was plentiful, juicy and had lots of flavor. I was full after I ate all of it, plus an extra side of white rice. The fried rice was perfect and needed no additional soy sauce or anything. It was literally perfect as is. I will definitely be back.“

Although l did witness this one young waitress (blonde hair braided in ponytail) come out the bathroom stall and walked right out the restroom and didn't wash her hands. I was highly disgusted. They need reiterate how in important for staff to wash their hands. On another note the menu offered a great selection, and the crab ragoon I ordered was incredibly delicious! The dessert ordered was delicious. l believe it was called Brule or something like that. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable but some were a little pricey. Other than that l do plan on returning again.“

“Very good high quality sushi. The service was stellar. Very attentive while giving your desired space to explore their food at your own place. It is a small and quaint atmosphere with some touches of Japan decor with lovely portraits of the majestic Mt. Fuji. Their hand rolled sushi was exceptional and their presentation was on point. “First Watch is now our favorite breakfast place to go. It was really bad years ago as far as time to serve. It was so bad we would drive to the one in west end and still be done sooner. After they removed the manager and automated the ordering system, we now give it an A+.“

“The taste and food quality surprise me! Everything we order was delicious and the thickness of salmon is not like the chef trying to win the thinnest contest. We order 4 rolls for 2 adults and they all delicious with good quantity (got like 1-ish roll to bring home!) We order nuggets and fries for kids and they were delicious too! Very crispy. Better price than the other sushi places around here. I think this will be my sushi spot. The only thing that Im not impressed (apart from the atmosphere is a bit too dark) was the miso soup, not from the taste which was delicious but there was no seaweed at all and barely tofu.“

“OMG! Their Harvest Season Wine Dinner was amazing! Manager Tony and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and wine was delicious. I am so grateful to have participated in this budget friendly event. I now have a new favorite wine, Migration Pinot Noir. The little rubber duck on the delicious Pumpkin Espresso Martini was such a cute ending to an amazing meal. I highly recommend attending these events and I look forward to their winter event.“

I recently visited since being back in the area, and can’t say enough great things! Holly was off that particular day, and the other new owner was very impressive! Her attention to detail, professionalism, and providing a comfortable atmosphere for every guest did not go unnoticed. The service was fantastic, food delicious, and the experience was inviting and friendly. Everyone was having a good time! Karaoke was so much fun! I’m not even close to being a good singer, yet the crown was so supportive and cheerful. The new touches to the building were very nice. Caddies isn’t just a dive bar. It’s a place where people of any age or status enjoy coming together and share great food, drinks, music, and the feeling of family the staff creates. Thank you Caddies!!“

“I have been coming here since I was 16, I’m 33 now. This is the ONLY place I will eat general Tso chicken. I have tried it in many places, none make it like here. They are a family owned business and literally the best in business. Everytime I think “oh they probably forgot me”, she always asks how my sister is and reminds me she knows exactly who I am!!! I use to order sooo much from the during my pregnancy that they know my neighborhood and even use to do special treatment with my drinks. Love love love this place. 100000/10“

“First off the waitress who waited on us was nice and courteous. 2nd the complimentary salsa was not good at all. Didn’t get choice of red and or white. The food when it came was ok except for the lunch special number 8 and what ever special my daughter got. The mole sauce was just “awe full” and not like I Re breed from my days in CA. The tortilla that was fixed with my combo was corn and I don’t remember seeing that in the description but could of been. Chicken in side was dark meat though well done was a disappointment. Then before we left we order a order of the white dip and chips. We paid extra for them but the waitress brought us the dip to pay when we paid. When checking dip bag before leaving no chips so we asked the waitress took the left over chips from our table and put in a container and handed it to us. Final straw was hours later that evening I got really sick. So we won’t be back. And Mexican (authentic ) is my favorite. We do love El Patron and Casa Grande so to say that I was disappointed is exactly how we felt.“

She knew the menu and provided accurate information and great suggestions.I ordered a salad which they put figs and strawberries. the fresh figs were excellent!! I will definitely return!“

“I recently went here and was very impressed by the experience I had here. I was greeted by the host Alyssa which showed me great hospitality. Afterwards the server which I wish remembered his name treated me very well and got everything in a timely manner. Food was very good“

“We ordered carryout via Grubhub, ONLY because their website apparently only allows 3rd party online ordering. (Note to restaurant: set up ordering using your own website or use Toast, which is way better. ) We arrived at the time when GrubHub said the order would be ready. The hostess said it would be done in 5 minutes. 15 minutes LATER, we found out the order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen yet. In the end, we got our food more than 1/2 hour late. To his credit, Jack (owner or manager) comped the entire order. I would have be satisfied with 50%, so I appreciate the full refund. I wish he hadn’t attempted to throw his employee under the bus first. She’s only as competent as her training. Food was delicious. So there’s that. I’ll go back, but probably only when I can eat in.“
