“One of the best kept secrets on I-81 and the Shenandoah Valley. We were told about it and on checking it out the hype we heard did not suffice. The food is outstanding, generous portions and good prices. The gentleman that waited on us was very hospitable and even explained some of the spices and cooking methods. You can’t argue with the authenticity and freshness when the food is being cooked where you can see it. Don’t be intimidated by the truck stop- this place exceeds many full service restaurants. We will be returners.“

“I rarely give five stars across the board.Because I think it's an overkill, but this place earned it.I've been coming here since I moved to this.Area about three months ago.And every time I come in here, the place looks like they're getting ready for a commercial today.I walked in.They're in the middle of serving customers making subs, and you can't even tell that they're making subs, because there's not even a single crumb on the board.There's no food in between the dishes.Everything is fresh.Everything is laid out one day.I came in here all the produce, and meat was laid out in a pattern.Another day I came in and they had the entire drink covered in suds.They were scrubbing it from top to bottom.Every single time we come in here it is spotless.The staff is super friendly and the food is always fresh.I highly recommend.“

“I'm not sure what happened here. I have been to many Hardee's over the years. I've never gotten my gravy biscuit served this way. The biscuits were also not the usual quality that you expect from Hardee's. It did look like a newer establishment. Maybe, they are just still training the staff.“

“Shout-out to the staff at this hard-working Arby's. We arrived about 1:30 PM on a holiday weekend (Saturday); a tour bus had just arrived on top of the extra holiday visitors. The store was slammed; the line was maybe thirty people long.Shout-out to all the staff for working as feverishly and as warmly as they could. Caden was running the register. He was polite with people; he took my coupon and got it entered accurately; well done. Ms. Delilah was giving people their food and cleaning the place; in spite of how busy she was, she asked me if she could get any additional sauces for me or anything; she was on top of it. She greeted people as they came in and bid them have a good day as they left.Ms. Alexis was managing the store during all this, prioritizing orders, delegating tasks, all that.Throughout the experience, they were kind, warm, and hard-working. When the crowd left, they went through the restaurant and cleaned the tables, restocked straws and napkins and condiments, and brought the place back into tip-top shape.Very impressive.“

“Had ordered a big mac and 2 6 pc chicken nuggets happy meals one of our happy meals didn't have 6 chickens nuggets but instead 5. We also did not get napkins. My kid was really upset. They also could not find my code for my mobile order this was the first time I have been to this mc donalds.“

“Myself, my daughter and my mom stopped by for a late lunch today, as soon as we entered the restaurant we were greated by the staff who were beyond friendly and talkative. I commented several times how I was impressed with the friendliness they all showed. The restaurant was clean in all areas. I’m greatly impressed & will go out of my way to stop when I’m in the area. “We went through the drive thru for breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. The wait was not long at all. Very friendly to have been early in the morning.

Parking: Lots of parking around the restaurant. If you need more parking the other businesses has extra parking.“
