“The food is fresh and made with love. I fell in love with the restaurant because it reminds me of a hidden gem in NYC on the East side. The decor isn't fancy nor do they attempt to be. The owners have it set up so you can see the whole operation. Great food, great prices, and great owners/staff

“We had to wait 20 min as they ran out of chicken. Thankfully we weren’t that hungry and it was worth the wait! The white and dark meat were tasty, and the skin was crunchy. I’ve eaten a lot of Peruvian chicken but I never had a crunchy skin so it was a good surprise. Service was very friendly. Clean area. We will be back and we recommend this place.“

Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

It’s crowded, there isn’t enough seating during busy times, and the play place is arguably too small for the number of kids that want to play. A few times they have missed things in our orders, and a few times my salads have been a bit wilted, but otherwise the food has been good. Service is usually quick and friendly considering the amount of traffic this place gets.

“Burgers are very good. They feel like you made them at home. You can add many toppings to anything you get and it is really good for different preferences like gluten free or keto. You can get lettuce wrap instead of bun on burgers, hot dogs and other sandwiches. Fries are famous, they are cut fresh and they always give you extra fries. Nothing there is frozen!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and keto are available. Getting lettuce wrap and there’s no gluten on the burgers or toppings.

Having grown up outside Philly, I was really jonesing for a taste of the city that invented America this 4th of July. Philadelphia Cheesesteak Factory did not disappoint. Not only was the cheesesteak delicious, the price was exactly what I would have expected back home. Service was incredibly fast. And it's a small spot with just a few seats at the counter, like so many places up north. It felt like I walked through the door and teleported 200 miles away.

If you want a taste of Philly in the DC area, I can't recommend them enough.

Oh, and if you want lettuce, onions, and tomato, they call it a "cheesesteak hoagie", just like the good Lord intended. No notes.“

When I got up to the register, I was informed they were out of chocolate ice cream. The crew was clearly hit with a huge rush when I entered - a big line of customers and clearly takeout orders, just flooding them. I wanted to commend the staff who did a stellar job at handling everyone's business cool, calm, and collected. There was a definitive wait for me to get through the line, but I was impressed with the team's care, approach, and friendliness with each customer, despite being in the weeds. The owner even jumped in and helped take orders! It's stellar to see that kind of leadership which clearly trickles down the the team here. My lunch was delicious as I always expect Jersey Mikes to be, but I will 100% be sure to stop in and recommend this location again as they clearly have what it takes as a team to handle tough moments, but still leave customers feeling happy and welcomed!“
