“Great dining experience. Clean restroom and dining area, fresh food and great atmosphere. Something I've never seen in fast food... walking around checking on customers and ask how the food is and if anythings needed. Also identified i didn't have a straw. Kindly brought me one. Refreshing!!!“

“Of the 3 McDonalds locations that I go to (Tabb, Jefferson and Oyster Point, and this location), this one is the best. They have the best customer service and the play place is a huge plus. We bring the kids to run around before and after they eat. What specifically stood out to me this particular visit was Jasmine and Keisha. They were super sweet, very personable, and no matter how many times I had to go back to the counter, they greeted me with a smile each time.. I asked them for their names and made sure to let them know they were awesome, but wanted to make sure my review reflected it as well!“
“Convenient location. Usually fairly quick with my order. Parking lot is easy to get into and out of.Staff has been very friendly. A big plus when heading into work early in the morning, a friendly smile and hello helps with that morning commute.“

The bad reviews on here r straight lies. The service is exceptional. Everybody in that establishment needs a raise. The food is top tier. The paper on the bag didn’t print right so they didn’t see I had ordered TWO mcgeiddles so it just read McGriddle and I drove away with one
Called up there and explained and they took my name down and the next morning I explained in the drive thru and they gave me a free McGriddle in place of the one I had already payed for. Since then I’ve been back 7-8 times I frickin love this McDonald’s best McDonalds ever“
“Okay I hate fast food but sometimes I must eat it. I choose to stop in at this McDonald's and from the moment I walked in it was not normal. The positive mental attitude is amazing. They were communicating the way teams used to do back in the day. They greeted me at the door. If a worker said anything the other workers responded happily.... Absolutely impressive. Clean restroom clean lobby.... Again I'm saying this as someone who absolutely can't stand fast food joints anymore. Thank you to this one store. A major step above and in the right direction.“
“In the mornings I pass by 4 other Mcdonalds before getting to this one. The yound lady that works the drive tru is great, always polite and super helpful. I usually place my order via mobile to save time. Today I messed up and placed my drink order wrong. She recognized the problem before me and checked to make sure that I wanted it my usual way. Thanks for the great service .“
“They were super helpful! Jermika made sure I got fresh fries, kept a smile the whole time, really great customer service from this night shift crew! Love this place, awesome that even at night during a busy time the energy was up and great energy was shared. They were very friendly!“
