“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Alex W. at LongHorn Steakhouse in Newport News gave me the BEST service I’ve ever had—and I’m 49 years old and dine out regularly so that says a lot. He was incredibly attentive, fast, kind, and somehow managed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. It’s rare to come across someone with such natural hospitality and professionalism. Alex made my entire dining experience exceptional and he made my food taste even better. Give this man a raise, he’s a gem! Thank you, Alex!
