“first I’d like to say the waitress me and my wife had was very friendly and service was exceptional the night shift crew has the best service we’ve ever experienced and they are hilarious our waitress we didn’t catch her name but she was light skin and curvy her and the light skin man with the beard they were picking light fun at the chef and it makes us feel like a place that’s very family oriented and special and a good vibe all around .. but to the point me and my wife ordered a all star and they were absolutely delicious ! Everything we asked for cooked to perfection and quality was amazing we will be continuing to come back here for years to come and showing love to the night shift !!!!!!!“

“Mindy and her counterpart (didn’t get his name) were fantastic this morning. Sadly, it can’t be more than 60° in here. It’s 17° outside. And the employees aren’t able to wear jackets? Well, maybe management should fix the heat! At least let them wear something to keep them warm if you’re not going to have a safe work environment. Calling OSHA.“

“Antwann was amazing! He made my service welcoming from the time I walked through the doors up until I was ready to leave. I must say as a Customer service manager it feels so good to see someone who has the personality like he has. Antwann continue to shine bright! “The food was delicious. Make sure you wait at the front. The hostess caught a bit of an attitude because they had removed their 'Please wait to be seated sign', and I walked in and went to sit down. The breakfast has was gluten free and absolutely scrumptious. Great atmosphere. Good coffee.

“I got the biscuits and gravy it was phenomenal. Best gravy I've ever had, and I eat biscuits and gravy everywhere that offers it. There biscuits are soft, moist and fluffy. They give you 2 big biscuits then you can cut them up. It's not one cut in half. Service was great although its not a table top service its counter service.“

“This Waffle House is conveniently located right outside of Richmond International Airport and they also have a 10% discount for military with proof of identification. The staff are very friendly and the food is hot, fresh and made to order.“

“TJ is an incredible server, when my food was late he was empathic and offered coffee on the house, this made me feel like I’m dining at a 5-star hotel rather than a random eatery. His morale and attitude, deserve him a promotion to train and lead others!! Go TJ!

“The food and service I got today was exactly the Ihop standard. The food was so delicious. The restaurant was very clean and smelled wonderful from front to back. Most definitely turned around from the last visit. My fingers was crossed. I won't say no names but another local location put my tbone in the microwave I'm never going back there. This is my best experience in the area brought back 90's memories when I was a kid. Keep up the good work.“
