“stopped by here for our first time on the way to Virginia Beach and I'm sure glad we did. the soft crabs were perfect and the crab cakes were delicious the ladies behind the counter were super nice. I definitely recommend this place and hope to stop by on the way home“

“Spent 2 nights in Onancock and this place blew everyone else out of the water! The service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and really felt the hospitality! The crab cakes really were phenomenal and the bar tender was great! If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out. “Just Amazing, menu items and specials. Planned on getting some snacks and sandwiches for the boat and launched , then we picked up our order onthe boat, dockside carryout . Some of those needed products for outdoor activities and other things we forgot.Dietary restrictions: The pizza man is allergic to seafood.So no worries about letting them know.Parking: Boat mooring 10 feet from the door in a protect area , park and watch local waterman boats . Or car park 50 yards away at the public pier .Kid-friendliness: It's a family oriented community.Kid safe sun protection and drinks for outdoor activities .Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for the power mobility and walkers etc..“

“This was our 2nd time there (unintentionally), coming home to NC from MD. The food was just as good as last time, but the service wasn't as good. Our server disappeared when it was time for the check (and we just wanted to get home). But other than that, it was good. We will most likely go back.“

The service is impeccable, and I really feel looked-after (we were ordering wine by the glass, until Shanna pointed out we had drank more than a bottle and cut the price accordingly). The food is great, especially the crab cakes and the duck, though I'd love to see some new menu items. The ambiance is lovely, an art gallery in an old store with tin ceilings and a great bar that is usually populated by a host of local characters. You'll wonder where you are.“
