“I walked into this place desperate for anything...given that it's tucked into a Safeway, I wasn't expecting much, but...lo, and behold, I was stunned how fantastic it is. The baristas are well trained at getting espresso drinks mixed perfectly at the right temperature, and the pastries blew my mind. I tried the garlic and cheese croissant, and then the ham and cheese, and they were unlike almost any such croissants I've tried. Also, everything is baked in-house fresh...nothing like the factory baked goods at, say, a Starbucks.

This is a hidden gem. Totally astounded at what I discovered.“

“I love my local Starbucks. The renovations they did make the place more open and inviting. I have always had wonderful service here. Once my breakfast sandwich wasn’t heated through and when I called they refunded my Starbucks account. Always will get an hello and a have a nice day from those behind the counter. Also the decor is beautiful unlike the Starbucks in Cascades that chose to place giant divisive flags on their walls. No politics or social divisiveness at the CountrySide Starbucks, it’s wonderful. Plus they have a drive through.“

“Located in inside new grand market with a small seating area. The staffs were all very helpful and friendly. Bake goods were fresh. I had a cappuccino which for me was ok. But the cream filled strawberry croissant and matcha filled donut was delicious! The milk bread is soft and flavorful. Japanese cheesecake was ok. Also got a strawberry lychee cake to go and that was also delicious! Soft and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness! Nice to be able to do grocery and grab a sweet treat on my way out!“

“This is the classic RTC spot. A go-to for afterschool treats every year starting second grade. The cardamom flavor rocks… There’s almost no reason to go to RTC anymore post-covid and paid parking, but Pitango has stuck around, outlasting Red Velvet, Busara, Big Bowl, Mon Ami Gabi, and even Clyde’s… once it closes I may never return. It’s criminal what Boston Properties has done to Reston Town Center, which for me was more than the center of Reston, it was the center of the world, nay, the universe. Even Pitango’s long-time neighbor The Counter has disappeared. I fear RTC’s Pitango may not be long for this world, would like to return sometime soon. Vintage photos attached“

“This place is a pleasure to visit whether you’re buying a bike or not. You can stop in for a beer and talk with the awesome patrons and knowledgeable staff and browse their extensive inventory. I was looking for a bike for my son to ride with me and get him off the video games. I wanted to get him a bike that he would enjoy and not get tired and the FX e-bike fit the bill. Todd Mater heard my story and said when next week’s shipment came in, he’d hold a bike for me. 3 days later he responded and I went in to check it and another bike out. They were more then happy to set me up with any bike I wanted to test - they are located right on a world class bike trail and I was free to test it out. Mr. Bill Hellwig is an older gentleman with extensive knowledge and shared with me everything he knew from his years of experience in biking and helped guide me in my decision. When I finally settled on what I wanted they made sure everything was adjusted and in perfect order. It was an awesome “new bike day” and they made the process a real pleasure. I highly recommend this bike shop!“

“I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“Visited the newly opened Tapioca Express in Herndon today. Enjoyed their boba and was surprised they had so many snack options!! Favorites were the shrimp tempura with sweet chili sauce and the fried string beans. They didn’t seem very fried which is good in my book. Nicely seasoned too. Their crispy chicken was also good we were able to choose the spice level and I went with medium which was perfect. The chichi fries were great… love the chichi sauce that comes with it! As for drinks I loved the Mangonada. It was so beautiful and delicious for how hot and humid it was outside. Also enjoyed the honeydew snow bubble and combination yogurt frost which tasted similar to a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit. The staff was very friendly, the space is cute but small more of a to-go and enjoy outside type of place. They do however have a high top table if you’re able to snag it! Definitely coming back to try more of their menu soon!“

“I love the tea, the staff is great. They have some really good varieties of teas. They always have samples out so you can try the tea. They are pricey but I think that's because of the way that they source things, plus they also use really nice cups and packaging. The furniture in there is beautiful. I think the whole thing is a very nice experience. They also do tastings, which is a good activity for a few people to do together.“

“Stopped here for coffee after my dentist appointment. I’m glad I did! The vibe and decor (chalkboard signs, seasonal decor) was young and playful. There were the typical number of people doing work on laptops, taking up several indoor tables. I sat outside. The coffee (café au lait) was some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was okay. I was offered dark or medium roast, which was a welcome choice!“

“Oh my gosh! I love this place! We were visiting from Texas and this was our everyday morning stop (and it may or may not have been an evening snack or two also ). All the different pastries were awesome (my son had a mango cream bun every time). You HAVE to try the Tiramisu latte. Oh! Oh! And the Black Forest Cake was the friggin bomb! More than how great the food was, the ownership and staff were spectacular! We felt like we were popping in and seeing old friends. “I wanted to say that I have been several times over the years. Although things are a little pricey they are always well done and delicious. In addition, I wanted to give a special shout out to Nicki who is a ray of sunshine and always goes the extra mile to ensure that customers are taken care of. To finish, the lavender lattes are a particular favorite of mine and the tempura crab cakes I had most recently were really divine. 4.75 stars“

“This place just makes your insides feel warm and cozy. Often I see people on their laptops, writing in a journal or enjoying the company of one other. The little treats are so thoughtful and cute. The drinks are carefully cultivated and delicious. Plenty of clean bathrooms too ?“

“This is our favorite place . We loved their tea and this tea house is super clean and very nice decor. Staff is very friendly and they helped you to choose the right drink if it's your first time. I definitely recommend to all neighbors to try hopefully you guys loved it . Thank for your time.“

“If you're looking for an intimate, casual, soul food place then you've found your new favorite spot. On a whim, we stopped here after church for Brunch. I reserved a table online for 2pm but was able to get seated 10min before our time. Brunch ended at 3pm so we only dined for about an hour. The place was PACKED but the vibe was intimate and lovely. Everything we had came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the Honey Biscuit w/ Peach Preserves, Shrimp and Grits, Fried Whiting, Collards with Smoked Turkey, Cheesy Grits, and the Chicken and Waffles. I was only able to get a pic of the Fried Fish and the Shrimp and Grits because my family dug in so fast!

For drinks, we ordered one Peach Ice Tea and a Hot Chocolate for our kids. Our server was very nice and she checked on us as food was coming out. We waited quite a bit for our omelet and it never made it out but we weren't upset about it because we understood how busy it was.

We paid $32pp plus tax for brunch which wasn't bad considering portions, authenticity to the brand, and the consistency of the quality. I do think the drinks are a bit expensive as the Peach Iced Tea was $8 a glass. They were about the size of a mason jar. The music was relative to the ambiance with its modern rustic feel incorporated by shades of brown, greens, and gold.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and I look forward to returning with family and friends.“

“Starbucks is always a reliable stop, and I have a few favorites I order regularly—iced Matcha Latte and the iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso never disappoint. This season, I’ve really been enjoying their Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, both perfectly cozy and flavorful.
The only downside is that they no longer have the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato on the menu. It was such a great drink, and I know many people miss it. Hopefully Starbucks will bring it back one day. Until then, their seasonal lineup still makes it worth the visit.“

I end up leaving with 50+ dollars or more in pastries either for my family or friends and family at work each and every time I come in this place it’s absolutely amazing.
