“I've been going to the Silver Diner in Reston for over 15 years. Food is always good, new items added to menu seasonally, staff are real folks who are easy to talk with and joke with as well. You get a sense of "family" when you are there as staff and customers interact. Servers are fun people and make your day. Today was Rubia's day and she is special. Come out and see for yourself.“

With both gluten-free and Vegan family member, this bakery provided college graduation cakes, 80th birthday cakes for grandparents and countless treats and surprises we could all eat together. “The food appears... lesser quantity than in DC. The biscuits were smaller, and harder. I saw no bacon. The sausage (pork or chicken) was not "week done" as with the DC restaurant. Also there wasn't any shrimp. I got there at 9:am, and was told reservations were needed. So I Sat at the bar. Def a 3.5 rating on food here“

The staff are friendly and professional, and the whole place feels comfortable without being too fancy. Definitely a go-to for a dependable, tasty meal.“

“We noticed and stopped at Thelo spur of the moment. The proprietor came forward and we shared our trip to Santorini. My Pork Gyro was literally the best I've ever had. Marvously moist, beautiful flavor, caramelized bits, fresh pita, wonderful!

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was fresh and full of flavor, and the dessert was just as impressive. What really made our visit special was our server, Will. He was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Service was quick, portions were generous, and Will even packed our leftovers with great care. Truly a memorable lunch. “Wow. Incredibly impressed with this place. The coffee tasted amazing. The latte was fantastic (get the vanilla cream) with a perfect amount of foam on top. The Nutella acma and the egg sandwich were a perfect start to the day. And everything reasonably priced. Better than reasonable- I haven’t seen a $5 breakfast sandwich in years. And a flavored latte under $5 is almost unheard of. Bathroom was clean. This place was great and I can’t wait to go back.“

But also I was hungover from the previous night so I felt like I couldn’t really enjoy it. So earlier this week, I got a Sausage Egg and cheese on a biscuit on the way to work….AMAZING! But I work in a busy community hospital so again, I couldn’t really savor it. I will be going back for the third time either today or tomorrow. And the staff are super sweeet too. Definitely GO!“

For Christmas, we received a bag of the original granola, and some granola butter and tbh I forgot all about it because, well, it's granola. But I rediscovered it while cleaning up from Christmas like a week later, and thought I'd give it a try. I will ABSOLUTELY be ordering more of this when it is gone, which will be very very soon. “We worked with Simply Desserts for our wedding cake and they did an AMAZING job! The cake was gorgeous and the team was really helpful. We loved doing the at home tasting and appreciated that Ocean took the time to do a video call with us before we booked!! The team includes a free cake on your one-year anniversary so we didn't even have to worry about boxing it up after the wedding. My only regret is not getting enough cake on wedding day lol guess I'll just have to wait until our anniversary 😉😋!“

“I love this place! I tired it the first time last August when my son was here for a baseball event. We’re back and I have literally dreamed about eating this again for a year!“

We ended up going with EID because Jim, the man we were talking with, went above and beyond to make a connection with me! We brainstormed different ideas and felt like our cake was important to him. We had no problem paying in full because of that connection. His communication was awesome and I was so excited to meet him when we picked up the cake. He took all the tidbits of our conversation and made THE perfect cake. It looked stunning and was equally as delicious! In addition, he met us at the door with complimentary samples. If we ever have another need for a bakery out here, EID with be the only one we call!“
