One of the best steak subs in Richmond (made with Halal steak and organic local ingredients), and at a price you can’t beat with their Monday and Tuesday special! “I was so pleased to have my lunch at this place. The quality of the food was outstanding, the customer service was exceptional. Crew member Hany went above and beyond with my order. He deserves recognition and great appreciation as an employe who keeps a high level of performance and customer satisfaction on daily basis. 5 stars!!!!“

“Not only was the service and food great, (especially in todays climate) I want to give a hats off to the owner/manager who was working and serving the customers during a busy lunch time. In the few minutes that I was there placing my order, I noticed that not only did she have to deal with a customer who attempted to put his hand over the glass to show her what he wanted. (Thank God she stopped him in time). She also had to deal with a greedy rude customer who wanted more than his share and actually threatened to not come back there again! LOL She handled it well and I don't see how she does it. I've been to this location several times over the years and I just want to commend her for her customer service. Sure the portion sizes might be a little bit smaller but its not nearly as noticeable as other places and the food and service is still great and still worth it!!“
