“I have placed several Panera catering orders before at other locations, but I was absolutely blown away by this location's service. I ordered 4 bagel packs that needed to be delivered to 4 separate locations. The employee who packed my order not only made sure the bagels were varied correctly, but also put the plates and cream cheeses in separate bags for easy delivery. I did not request this, they just did it because they thought it would be helpful. I would definitely order catering from this location again.“
“When really wanting the comfort food of Panera late night after getting off from work. There’s no better place to go. The food was delicious and HOT which is everything you want when other options available just aren’t as comforting. Service was top notched. To be open 24hrs remind yourselves we’re so lucky that they are. Will be coming back!“

“I ordered delivery through the Panera app but the DoorDash driver that delivered it out my drink and food in front of my door and when I opened it the drink spilled all over everything. I called this Panera and the gentleman that answered was so kind and helpful. They offered me a full refund but I asked if they could just resend my order. He said they could and my food should be out to me within 30 min. My food came quickly and was delicious. They made what would have been a regretful experience a great experience.“
“I want to take a moment and recognize Bernadette ( I hope I have her name correct) the General Manager of this Panera. She is always friendly, courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and Very Hospitable!! Our youth group at church meets there once a month for our Bible Study Discussion and Bernadette always makes sure we have a wonderful experience. Her team members are great as well!! “I went to this Panera for lunch with a friend of mine. She was buying so I figured I'd take her up on the offer. Although I did have some what of an issue here with the lunch I ordered. The management was quick to correct it and so I just want to thank them for all that they did to correct the issue and I want to thank the young lady who was the cashier which I forgot her name but she has long hair and a ponytail and glasses. She was very very nice to me and I really appreciate it her. She's definitely a keeper as well as the manager. Challenges are going to rise every single day of Our Lives. And it's how we respond to those challenges that really matter. So thank you ladies you are appreciated“

“Omg I never knew there was a Panera bread by my job until my co worker said and I’m so glad I came I order the macaroni and cheese and turkey and cheese sandwich and all I can say is yummy so fresh !!!!!! The overall customer service was beyond awesome !!! I did to go for my own reasons due to me not to go on big crowds because of my anxiety but definitely give this location a 12/10 !!!!“
