“I've been going to this location for years. If every Dunkin was like this, Starbucks would never see me. Super friendly, never got an order wrong, and above and beyond service. Not grumpy, can't be bothered workers who act like your mere presence is an inconvenience, but friendly and courteous. And honestly, a boost in mood every time, and that's BEFORE I drink my coffee. Absolutely will continue to go. On my recent visit, 8/01/2026, the morning workers were phenomenal in particular. Great job!!!“

“10/10 A must stop for anyone in Salem for sure! As someone recently diagnosed with Celic the staff was excellent and super knowledgeable. I have not experienced good bread after being diagnosed until NOW. I cant express in words how absolutely delicious the bread is. It has absolutely opened my eyes into what is possible in a gluten free environment. I also dont want to forget to mention how incredible the sweets were. I hands down can say I just experienced my favorite cupcake of all time today. Chocolate Cookie Dough. Just trust me and get one and thank me later.“

“Parking: Nice ladies friendlySesame bagel was really good it’s content sesame and that’s some thing you don’t find in a lot of locations between Texas and upstate New York and Texas. Actually the bagels if it’s sesame plain or everything bagel they all smell everything bagel give me a bagel if it’s available somewhere it doesn’t contain any sesame it’s like spread from far away little sassy Monette, this one in this location back inside they are really doing a great job. “I went to 8 Dunkin's in the Virginia Beach area. NONE had the halloween sprinkle munchkins. We stopped in here on our way to go hike. They had them...thank you we love halloween and who doesn't love sprinkle munchkins. I mean why have a national ad campaign, then not have the product. This dunkin didjobreat job. Staff was so nice and helpful.

They were the perfect after hike treat...well and a beer.“
