“I have been a patron of this establishment for over 30 years and in all that time I have never been asked to pay a gratuity fee. I have had birthday parties , baby showers and rehearsal dinner. I realize there was six in my party. Paying by two different checks. The owner whom my kids played with growing up tells me its on the menu that the its up to the server degression to use it or not. You know where it is on the menu???? All the way down at the bottom paste the food items. In smaller print. Sad to say I will no longer be a customer here thanks to the sever Miranda“

We got an XL pepperoni pizza and I requested 3/4 pepperoni, 1/4 cheese- which they honored. Family liked it!
Meatball Sub- My husband and I both liked it!
Lasagna, came with bread- no one liked the bread, but the lasagna was good.

I did not like the $1.99 “service fee”. I feel like that is a cash grab. Otherwise a pleasant experience.“

“I always order from Chanello's when I'm home ! This one is under new management and they have exceeded my expectations already ! After a little snafoo with my order they put it right and gave me a little treat for the trouble. Which wasn't really a trouble at all. The super nice lady who brought my replacement pizza was so kind and really nice, I felt bad getting her back out !

“Unfortunately this location is very inconsistent. Shame on us for continuing to order after several inaccurate orders that were reported through surveys and acknowledged, but we had hope that those were one offs. When they are good, they are good. But when they are bad, it's so random as to how bad they are. I've had the occasional sauces (paid extra) forgotten all the way to ordering a vegetarian pizza only to have it arrive with chicken on it. I then even let them get me two times back to back where I ordered the heavily advertised hot honey (also paid extra for this extra) and didn't get it either time. The last straw, ordered at 10:30pm, received a notification at 11:15pm (email) that my pizza was on the way. At 12:18am it was delivered. I am completely aware that it was obviously a very busy night. However, my food rode around in a car for at least an hour, and it showed. That's a problem. I confess that we have ordered once since then but it was going in knowing that it would likely suck. And while it came as ordered, and in a timely manner, it's no where near the quality it was when this location first opened and hasn't been in a very long time.“

“I go out of my way to pick up pizza from this location, because the service at my local store was getting so bad I was about to swear off dominos forever. I’m happy I gave this location a chance because the service here has been great every time, the employees are always friendly and the vibe is very positive in the store whenever I’ve picked up. “We were traveling through the area and got hungry after a round of golf. Finding good is a crapshoot but Maria’s is a definite winner. We originally stopped in for pizza, how bad could someone screw up pizza.
The menu was so interesting we went for a dinner, I had the Chicken Cacciatore and my wife had the Chicken Piccata cooked to her dietary needs. Both were delicious.

“Excellent pizza , great staff at the N. Laurel location. Came here on a Monday afternoon and the service and food was great ! It’s like a Chipotle for pizza ( pick your own toppings / build your own pizza ). I had the manager make me a pie of his liking , he asked some questions on what I prefer and don’t prefer and the pizza came out freaking delish ! The place was empty so the food came quickly. The food was hot and delicious. The problem was at checkout. 2 cheeseburgers are $8.99 on the menu but they charged $11.99 and they don't give you the ticket until after you pay. The woman behind the counter was very slow and had to keep asking a man behind her. He said that the $11.99 was after taxes, but no. I finally received my $6 back but I did not get refunded for the tax.“

“Mimmo’s has become a weekly staple for a large group of us, and we can’t say enough good things about the place. What started as a small group lunch just before 2020 has grown significantly (especially over the last year) and it’s now common for 20+ of us to show up at once every Wednesday. Despite the size of our group, the service has never missed a beat.

The staff is always incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They happily let us move tables together so everyone can sit in one long row, and they never have any issues with separate checks for a large group. Over time they’ve even started remembering many of our regular drink orders and favorite menu items, which really shows how much they care about their customers.

The food is consistently excellent. The pizza and sandwiches are always a hit, but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Portions are fantastic and prices are very reasonable.

One story that really says a lot about this place: during the COVID restrictions when the group couldn’t dine inside, everyone still ordered food and gathered outside in the parking lot. The owner, Daniel, brought tables and chairs outside for everyone could still sit together and enjoy lunch. That’s the kind of hospitality you don’t see everywhere.

It’s a relaxed, family-owned restaurant with a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Our group even brings radio gadgets and tech to show each other sometimes (we’re a ham radio group), and the staff has always been completely cool with it.
