“I wanted to try a different burger place and this is one of the best in my area. Burgers are made to order and fresh. You can custom make them or order one off the menu. I enjoyed my monster burger, but next time I'll try the roasted chicken to get a better feel to the place. Burgers can be to your liking med rare, well done or any way you'd like and full of flavor. Can't go wrong I was just there yesterday and my family and I enjoyed it plus they have coke products. Great service by the cashier and the cook. “I’ve been in DMV area for five years and this is one of the few restaurants that we come back again. The food is very very unique and flavorful and the price is reasonable. The service is pretty good as well, our waiter Yurii made us very comfortable and gave us great introductions on the menu.“

“This review is for the ANTICHUCHO - Marinated chunks of beef heart skewered and served with Peruvian corn and grilled potatoes. The flavoring on meat with dipping sauce was on point! The potatoes were seasoned well although I wished there were a few more pieces. The giant Peruvian corn over salad was refreshing! I would love to try more items from their menu.“

“Chicharron sandwich was yummy (forgot to take pic bc I munched pretty fast). I thought it was expensive but the sandwich was a big boy and the pork was really tender. Owner's very friendly and they make their stuff daily. The place was clean (especially the bathroom). Will be back to try their house-made desserts“

“Been going here since high school, I graduated college now. Over 6 years the quality and sheer value has not changed. Honestly why would you eat fast food when you can get this? The 1/4 chicken dark with rice and beans and potato salad with the yellow sauce always hits. Highly recommended!“

“Very good food and service! The ceviche mixto was lovely...the only thing missing was a tiny bit more cilantro. All of the salsas were delicious. My husband ordered the aji de gallina and that was wonderful...rich and comforting. The prices were very fair...a great value!“

“Our family all tried different dishes, and everyone was fully satisfied. The Lomo Saltado, Peruvian pesto pasta with steak, and ceviche mixto were as worth coming back for! We also all tried different desserts and were happy when everyone's favorite was different. I have no idea what flavors they were but we all enjoyed them and the homemade drinks.“

“Rotisserie chicken is simply delicious. Tender, juicy, and flavorful. Skin isn't super crispy but it's still tasty. Service is always polite and quick, zero complaints whatsoever. Also the green sauce is flavorful and has a nice kick, stark difference from pollo express which has a tasteless green sauce.“

“At Raices Peruvian restaurant I visited was a delightful culinary experience. Their cilantro lime chicken was a standout dish, perfectly balancing the tanginess of lime with the freshness of cilantro. The chicken was tender and juicy, infused with aromatic flavors that danced on my palate with each bite. The dish was served with a side of fluffy rice and yucca enhancing its vibrant flavors even more. It was a memorable dining experience that left me craving more.My personal recommendations. Stop flat topping the chicken. Every dish should use the rotisserie chicken. You have this huge rotisserie, put that tender moist chicken in every dish. Also get some native prints of Peru and hand on the walls in the table area. Lastly, you have a fake wall full of vines. Well those of us in the reviewer biz. Well it’s nothing but a dust collector and it’s right by your serving area. Ever time the air moves, so does dust in there.Overall a great place to eat, would just like to see a few changes. Including an Ice Maker that actually makes ice.“

“As a peruvian customer, I give this place a whopping 4.5. One of the best, juiciest pollo la brasa in the DMV! The fries, yucca, arroz chaufa, and black beans are tasty too. They need Inca Cola, and staff can be more patient. The place is clean, and comfortable to eat in. Def recommend this place.“
