If there is a low score and a lot of complaining - it’s probably from a Karen with a belief that she should have had privileges at this wonderful rest stop before the rest of the real, good, hard working Americans.“

“Good place but don't ask for half and half. They don't know what cream is. They will literally give you half coffee with caffeine and half decalf. I had to explain to them i eventually gave up and said just give me regular coffee with milk.“

“An amazing leader once said “excellence doesn’t happen by accident“ in this picture you will see an early morning Starbucks huddle I happen to be out and about and not at my local Starbucks, but found my amazing manager (Anthony) with the Colonial Heights manager in an early morning huddle with the district director who is totally amazing and was very instrumental in recognizing my local store in Hopewell and it’s Veterans. My sincere hope is corporate headquarters will find this post and perhaps give the managers and district director kudos and maybe even some type of raise.“

“I wasn't aware that each table had an outlet under it and asked if a certain table could be wiped off so that I was near the outlet. The manager, Jennifer, informed me of the outlets under each table and still sanitized the table for me . The barista brought my mocha cookie crumble to me which was awesome! I am enjoying the atmosphere here. Thank you Colonial Heights😊💪🧋“
