“this has got to be the worst McDonald's in the whole area if you plan to have fast food and your order correct I wouldn't recommend visiting this location, out of all the McDonald's around here I would suggest you go to the lightfoot one“

“I live in a nearby neighborhood and I stopped going there because of the uncourteous staff and did not care about the customers plus it was not very clean but I visited toano subway this Sunday and to my surprise the staff was the best that has ever worked there. Aidan and the other young man working were so kind, so caring and helpful that I will definitely be back! Way to go Aidan and thank you!“

“So far, out of the dozen of assorted donuts we bought, we have tried the 2 apple ones. They were messy but absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to share the others with family.

“Definitely one of the best Taco Bell locations in Virginia. Staff is super nice, and they keep the place clean as heck. My order has a bunch of annoying modifications and they always get it right. (Can please you fry the chalupa shells a tiiiiny bit longer though?)“

“The Mobile Thru is always slower than regular drive thru. Today they brought our small order out and continued to bring orders out behind us in mobile thru while regular drive thru continued thru the line. Finally 10 minutes later ,2 small bags were brought to the 2 cars in front of us.
If mobile thru orders are taken in the same order as drive thru,why bother.“

“The pizza is phenomenal, and I'm from NY and hate all the pizza here in VA except this spot and one other out in the middle of nowhere.
With 2 exceptions, the staff here were all kind of flippant. Not rude or anything. They give of the vibe of wanting to get through their shift. The girl that greeted us seemed almost to not even really be there at all.
So why 5 stars for the service? Patrick.
I think he noticed my wife has some mobility issues, because he brought over or food and some of the shakers then engaged us with a cheerful attitude and I'm not just talking about as a staff member. The man engaged us as if we were friends he hasn't seen in awhile and was amazingly nice and made our visit go from a common place one to something outstanding. Thank you, Patrick! “It’s an easy to find and get to Wendy’s. The food was prepared quickly with hardly any waiting in the drive up.
I forgot onions on one order and staff quickly provided me with a good portion of onion in a small container. Problem solved.
I’ve never had an incorrectly made order from this Wendy’s 😄.“

“We went there last night a little after 9 not sure what to expect, worried we wouldn’t have good food or service since it was close to closing time but we were immediately welcomed and greeted with a smile by Kaz. We had the best experience and great fresh food! Kaz is the picture of great customer service and I haven’t seen such service in a long time! Awesome job Kaz and crew on 12/29/21! “I went inside to order my food, and I still had missing items in my order. They forgot 1 burger and the sauces for my kids' nuggets. I only go to McDonald's once in a while, it would be nice to know that my money/time isn't wasted.

Parking: This inside a small shopping center there is parking spaces near McDonald's or you can park in the shopping center.“

“I work 84 hours seven days straight so I make it a routine to stop here every morning for breakfast. There's two men who work there every morning and they are always so kind & welcoming, & they always remember my order. The food is always great!! Highly recommend.“
