“My friends and I had a fantastic time indulging in multiple rounds of Lemon Drop Martinis, along with delicious appetizers like cornbread and wings, followed by a delightful dinner. Our server was exceptional, making the evening even more special as we celebrated my friend's birthday. To our surprise, they treated my friend to a complimentary glass of Prosecco adorned with a birthday candle. We couldn't resist sharing our entrees, which included smoked brisket meatballs, pan-roasted shrimp, and fried catfish, all of which were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous enough for sharing, and the fried catfish was simply the best we've ever tasted, prompting us to order some to take home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a cozy evening with friends or family!”

“We’ve had phenomenal meals, drinks, and service here. We’ve also had underwhelming experiences on all counts here, including our most recent visit. Service here is typically stellar but last week it took 20 minutes to be greeted by our server once seated, and then another 20 after ordering drinks to receive those. This was at 8 pm on Wednesday night when they were not overly busy. My husband’s pasta was very undercooked and the sauce was just OK. My fish was fine but it’s the only main on their menu that someone who is gluten sensitive and avoids red meat (and the fish is served on rice with sausage) can have. So despite an often changing menu, this fact never seems to change. We’ll almost certainly go back and try again but do wish their hits outnumbered their misses.”

“We were taken to Carytown Indian Cuisine last night by our kids. We were so impressed with our experience! The food was amazing. I requested a specially prepared curry vegetable dish, and the chef/owner was happy to create it for me. Several of our party enjoyed tikki masala with chicken. We also enjoyed lentils, cooked to perfection and wonderful chocolate lava cake for dessert. The service was impecable. Our waiters were so attentive and responsive, even though it was a very busy night. The ambience was warm and classy. The chef/owner was so gracious and even visited us at our table. I can't wait to return to CIC.”

I’m not usually a downtown Richmond person—city crowds just aren’t my thing—but I’m really glad he suggested this spot. I made the drive from King William, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was fantastic, and the laid-back atmosphere made it the perfect place to reconnect. I had the pork carnitas with a Caesar side salad—super flavorful, and the pork was incredibly tender. The Caesar dressing? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I’d love to know if it was homemade or store-bought, because I need it in my life! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxed and cool meeting spot. I’m already planning to explore more RIC gems soon!”

“What a gem! We had the currywurst and a hot Italian sausage with mushrooms and cheese. Both were absolutely delicious. salad was refreshing and perfectly dressed. One of the best meals I have ever had. We were even able to get some packaged meat to go. The staff were so helpful and kind. Get one of everything!”

“Run, don't walk to Con Salsa! Seriously great food. Each order made fresh. The bowls are phenomenal and the arepas and empanadas are the best we've ever had. And the sauces...OMG the sauces. The garlic and the red sauce are honestly some of the best condiments I've tasted. Thankfully, they sell the sauces too! I do wish there was indoor seating as it is getting colder, but they were doing a brisk takeout business when we were there. Do yourself a favor and try Con Salsa. Everything we have tried is amazing.”

“We had a private dinner served to us by the 2 partners of Tulsi. They came to Vinnie and Rebecca’s beautiful yard and gave us a cooking experience we will all never forget. They cooked up some speciality meals that were perfect. Chicken, fresh vegetables from the gardens, very spicy mushrooms and of course nam . Everything was perfect! Please go to Tulsi and tell them we sent you!!”

All employees can recommend, help set up, and teach you how to play any game. There are also solo games, if you’re waiting for your party to arrive, or are just going solo. Pricing for games is cheap and unlimited, what more could you ask for?”

Drinks were perfectly made, the presentation of the food was beautiful, and service was outstanding! Perfect spot for a date night or just grabbing drinks and tapas with friends!!
