“My family will definitely return when we are back in town with one caveat…I won’t order a banana split again. It was very extremely “soupy” and practically melted when I picked it up from the counter. I convinced myself it was a result of having hot fudge as one of my toppings but I think I’m being generous. My wife told me to say something, but quite honestly I dislike such encounters and we arrived near close. Also, I was just happy her custard and daughter’s custard exceeded their expectations. “We were vacationing in the area and came across this gem when we stopped at the pizza hut next door. It was a little after 8pm, and when we got to the door we realized they were closed. My son was bummed out, but the kindest women and her kids offered to open back up to get us a scoop! Amazing customer service! Not only was the ice cream amazing (my son had the orange cream and I had pecan) but they were so friendly. My kids are still talking about how nice they were, days later. We vacation to Williamsburg every year, and we will definitely be making this shop part of our tradition! If you all see this, thank you! What a fantastic find! After a long day of exploring Williamsburg and a trip to the movies. Bubba's was the perfect treat. They have a huge selection of ice cream, and the scoops are incredibly generous for the price. I got the Salted Caramel Brownie in a cup and it was ballin'!!!
The staff was very friendly and patient, even with a long line. The attached tourist shop was a nice supriss – much better than the average gift shop, with some really unique items.. cups, flags, candy and all the bigfoot swag yoy could dream of! We'll definitely be back because we just moved to Williamsburg! #neighbors“

French Toast – A little firm, but had a fun Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor.

Blueberry Crumble – Unique with nice little bursts of blueberry.

Vanilla Cupcake – My kids’ favorite! Soft and sweet.

Orange Creamsicle – My mom’s favorite!

My only small complaint was that they were out of three flavors when we arrived, and the display didn’t reflect that. My mom really wanted the peanut butter chocolate, but even with that, the staff still made it a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I had the tangerine, pineapple, and coconut with diced kiwi fruit and that combination was amazing! My favorite flavor was the coconut: it smells fabulous, tastes authentic, and is so very smooth. I plan to go back tomorrow for more flavors I wanted to try. Delicious!“

“Last night, I had one of the worst experiences in customer service of my life. My friend and I still could not believe how absolutely frustrating that situation was and how upset we were over some “cookies”. I have never come to Crumbl and had such a terrible experience. While, I will not be going into detail as to what happened, I do wish to say we returned this morning to lodge a more formal complaint about the issue.

We spoke with a manager named Mikayla (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and I have decided that I want this review to be more about how she handled the situation.

To be frank, she listened to all of our complaints about the problem. From the severe rudeness to all of the individual issues we had with it. She was kind and legitimately cared about the issue despite it being 8:30 am and clearly not on her shift. She allowed myself and my friend to fully speak about the whole problem and addressed all of our concerns. I have to say that’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with management hearing and handling an issue. I just wanted to come here and talk about how great Mikayla was and how satisfied we are with the way she handled it.

A lot of times, customers are not always correct but this all was truly not my fault. A simple legitimate apology would have solved this whole mess.

And to be clear, an “I’m sorry you feel that way,” isn’t an apology. Mikayla deserves a raise because at this point she is the only reason I’ll be giving this Crumbl another chance. So thank you so much to Mikayla for providing outstanding customer service. You are the best!“

“Cold Stone left a mixed impression during our visit. The service was passable, although it seemed that the staff was preoccupied in the back of the store while we were there, leaving the tables sticky. In the absence of assistance, we took it upon ourselves to clean them.However, when it came to the ice cream itself, Cold Stone shined. The ice cream was truly exceptional, made to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite the initial hiccups, the quality of the ice cream made up for it, leaving us with a sweet and satisfying experience.“

“Wow! I have found the store that has all I have been looking for in great desert! I love ice cream and especially soft serve and I love fruit and chocolate. Also, I only go to establishments that put the customer first. This shop has it all, creamy high quality soft serve with all my favorite flavors including rich chocolate and fresh fruit choices! You can combine two flavors in a swirl and then go the to next spot you choose to continue to add the amount you desire into your cup. You have quite a number of toppings to choose from as well. They weigh the cup and charge you by weight. The focus is on the customer and on serving and supporting the community. Very pleasant staff and they know how it all works. The best of the best!“
