“Stopped by, just to go to Starbucks, the wife wanted a cup of coffee and only Starbucks will do. Will shop Target at another time. Starbucks knows how to hire - always meet very nice people there. These nice people also know their way around coffee. The wife remarked that it was a very good cup of coffee. Did not purchase any food, the service was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant. “the location is very near Shenandoah University, so it is always a busy place. the drinks are all fine, but the biggest drawbacks to this location is the the speaker at the drive through is sometimes hard to hear and it seems all locations were told to be more "personable" and the baristas ask all sorts of questions but you can tell they don;t care what your answer is. comes across as rather fake.“
“Sarah the manager is amazing, my daughter and I always come through and they have the best customer service ! We had an issue with an order , called out and let Sarah know , not only did she recognize me (idk if that's a good or bad thing lol) but she also remembered my drink and made the situation right, talk about 5 start customer service!
