She was a joy to speak with and always had a smile on her face. Also Mike the manager, asked us if our food was good. Customer service is what it's all about so this IHOP which is very busy was operating like a smooth running machine.“

“My waitress Ms. Zafirah was great! She was friendly, courteous and helpful. My good however was a problem. I’m 37 weeks prego. I ordered the trifecta with a pancake. Had to send it back 3 times in order to get hot food. Was not happy about the kitchen service but my waitress was nice.“

“Enroute back to Savannah, GA, my son and I stopped here because IHop is one of my son's favorite spots. They were having issues with their system, but still maintained their professionalism. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She made sure our orders were correct. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and my son had the kids silver dollar pancakes. Before I could even ask for a refill, she already was bringing a new glass with our drink. Great spot and excellent service. What more could you want.“

“We have been coming here for a while now at night/early morning and Matt is always great! He is great to talk to and very attentive as a server. Very personable and ensures we always have everything we need. Only IHOP we go to because he's the only server that ever seems to actually have a personality and happy to be there.“
