“I ordered takeout, not on line. Service was friandly. The food was prepared fairly quickly, I thought. Portions were enough for sharing for sure, and the Orange Chicken and fried rice were very good to my tasting. I will certainly be trying other offerings on the menu in the future.“

“I order lunch from here frequently because it is right next to my office building. They have the best Hot and Sour Soup I've found in the area. Steamed rice is super fluffy and no overcooked. Crab Rangoon is delicious! Delivery is super quick, too. Definitely recommend!

“I was craving walnut shrimp, and I took a chance on this restaurant. I received something that doesn't resemble the creamy white sauce I was anticipating, but it's not bad. It's actually pretty good, and if I wasn't specifically craving that sweet Americanized white sauce, I wouldn't be bothered and tuck in. Unfortunately for me, that's what I'm craving and I just wanted to give others a heads-up.“

“I've stopped by the New China at Staples Mills Plaza for the very first time this weekend and ordered the General Tso's chicken with white rice and steamed vegetables. All of the food was fresh and tasty and the vegetables were prefect! To me the chicken was good, but not spicy enough, however, that may just be due to my spice tolerance :) The portion was really large and I ended up sharing it with my two teen sons who liked the food as well. Last but not least, the restaurant looked clean, had a welcoming atmosphere and all of the staff were very polite, kind and courteous, so overall this was a very positive experience. I don't eat out very often, but I am sure I will be visiting this place again the next time I am too busy to cook.“

“First, this NEEDS said! Don't come to smorgasbord expect 5 star world renowned chef service. I read through comments and WOW! it's delusional what some were expecting!

Now, let's give a REAL REVIEW based upon the "category" of eatery this is! - The food selection is awesome! And the quality of food, considering it sits on a tray under a hot lamp, is superb! The hostess was on her game and came by at least once every 5 minutes or so. As a Business Coach, I also look at how the entire facility is being ran. The level of people they run through here and the amount of given service, with 97% of all trays constantly and consistently filled, this place gets an A-Rating from me!

I travel about 7,000 miles a month and I eat from the $(Low End) the $$$$(name on a list required) establishments. So my understanding of quality and service is based solely on the level or category of the Grill(Buffet) I'm at.

My family and I will now be returning here at least once every 2 weeks or so. It was that good! And the price, for being in the local DC area was "Fantastic"!! We've paid a LOT more and received a LOT less!

My girlfriend works at a high end Restaurant in Washington DC, so she's a professional and knows how these places should run, the quality of food and service. She was equally as impressed. There's no way these people should receive anything less than 5 stars. It was amazingly managed, well stocked, and they handle the massive flow of people in a way that impressed both me and my girlfriend. Both professionals in managing businesses. We HIGHLY recommend this place.

Parking: If you have 4 or less in your party, even full they'll be able to seat you pretty fast. Large parties of 6 plus, it can be a little bit of a wait.

Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of children everywhere. From toddlers to teens. Family friendly place for sure.“
