“We love this place. Our favorite jalapeño margaritas and fundido dip In the right place with amazing entrees and service you won’t find anywhere else. We come here every time we visit our son and it never disappoints.
Julio is the manager and tonight he personally served us as a staff member was ill.
It was obvious to us where the staff learned how to do their jobs so effectively. Julio, the “boss” delivered seamless service despite the restaurant being very busy as well as short staffed. I cannot recommend this Plaza Azteca location enough.
All locations are different and the Jefferson Ave VA location is the absolute BEST because of all Julio and his staff pour into it.

“We decided to stop in on a Friday night and it was a good idea. We were greeted and seated right away. The servers are attentive and very nice. The food presentation was everything and they have really big portions compared to other spots I have been to depending on what you order. The only down side to me was that it’s beside some kind of store or gas station and construction is going on. Another down side is they charge you more if you pay with a card.“

If my food was ever missing an item he was quick to correct it without hassle . And for that alone was enough to have me coming back so often . I’ve recommended this particular location to several others whom also love the food quality and customer service. Restaurant is always always clean and quiet. I will continue to visit this location . “This taco bell is the best taco bell, no....the best fast food restaurant ever, hands down. I dont know what they are slipping into these doritos locos taco supremes from this joint but i crave them 24/7. And heres the best part. They aint never gone skimp ever. In fact they load these beast tacos up everytime. Plus they taste so darn good. Its the best quality dorito taco you will find.“

The staff was helpful and made a great suggestion of something to try based on what else we ordered, showing attention to the customer at hand, not a generic 'try this new menu item'. Very pleased. “I honestly really like this location. They’ve never messed up my toppings, not even once, which as a vegetarian is much appreciated. I also have a tendency to order late at night and they tend to throw extra Diablo sauce in my bag during that time— im assuming because of overstock, but as a Diablo addict it’s always welcomed.

The food? Well, it’s Taco Bell food. People will take it or leave it depending on who you ask.“
