Starbucks in Yorktown

“I usually don’t do reviews but I had some of the best customer service that I have had in a while. Kasche was the one that serviced me. Before I even get to the register, she greeted me with a hello, a smile, and a way y’all!! To me that’s unheard of. So that immediately put a smile on my face. I got to the register and explained to Kasche that I wanted a drink that tasted like the shaken expresso apple crisp with oatmilk but cheaper. Chile she did her big one and made a version of it that costed me half of what I would pay for the first drink that i mentioned. It was so delicious and most importantly she cared about my pockets. On top of that, she was very personable and had great energy!!! Before I left I wanted to ask if I could speak to the manager about her and come to find out she is the manager! If you ever get serviced by her know that you are being serviced by the best! Drinks, personality, convo, and being considerate 10/10 !“

“Won’t find a better Starbucks staff. Lynn is super friendly and fun. Always gets the drinks right and they ALL have a bubbly personality.
Another lady there Sara is always kind and helpful. I patronize this one many times a week!“

“I drink black coffee, and Starbucks has the worst black coffee. The service was excellent, and the worker was extremely nice. The atmosphere is primarily good. There was a ton of foot traffic in the business (attached to a Barnes and Noble) due to wandering homeless or panhandlers in the area. So there were many sleeping people and non-patrons roaming around both the bookstore and the cafe corner.“
