Variety of menu options and the resultant food are wonderful and we enjoyed each meal we had there on our recent trip; as we always do. My favorites are the ginger tofu stir fry and the Veggie Pad woon sen! This is a takeout only, home kitchen based place! Order at least 2 hours early! You will be very pleased!!”

True coffee shop if you want high quality beans roasted in house, great espresso, pour over, and well done “core” menu. It is in a college town so don’t worry they have all the sweetened flavored drink options too and some seasonal drinks as well. Nice cafe to sit and study or enjoy a book or have a nice conversation with a friend.”

“The whole family enjoyed an excellent meal tonight start to finish. Service was friendly and quick. The setting was beautiful. Salads were fresh and flavorful. Had the kalette appetizer which the whole table enjoyed. Entrees were fantastic! I had the rib eye. One son had the steak au poivre; another had haddock with heirloom tomatoes, and my husband had the pork chops. We all agreed it was a perfect meal. We ended the meal with wonderful desserts - maple creme brulee, marscapone cheesecake, banana bread pudding, and ice cream with a praline topping. Just the right size and sweetness to finish this wonderful meal. We hope to be back soon.”

“I did a wine tasting dinner at Lincoln Peak for a small group and it was fantastic. The winery is beautiful, and we were seated on a deck overlooking a pond and the vineyards, really a perfect setting. The wines were delicious, honestly I didn't think Vermont could produce great wine until I tasted these, our entire group was very impressed. Nichole, one of the owners, worked with me to arrange the event and was there to host us. She was great to work with, very helpful and responsive, and so knowledgable about the wines. Overall it was a fantastic event, and I'm looking forward to visiting Lincoln Peak again when I'm in the area.”

“This review is way overdue. We visited back in the fall. Tasting the wines was great, but the highlight was sampling Camilla's sherry. It tasted like Spain! It brought me back to a tapas place in Seville with one sip. Both she and her husband were warm and welcoming to two wine novices. A delightful surprise in Vergennes!”

No matter how busy it was, I was always greeted with a smile and felt like I was part of the 3 Squares family! “I wish I could give out a rare 6 star review. Today, my friends and I stopped in for an early lunch and were blown away by Costello’s.

To begin, the restaurant/market offers a welcoming and warm vibe with plenty of selection of wines, pastas, oils, treats, and deli selections to regularly purchase at any time. Things are clean, well organized, and presented well.

The service was absolutely exceptional. The host was exceptional in her service and friendliness. It is rare I do this, but I need to go out of my way to say just how much she made my day from how friendly and professional she was. She handled a very busy lunch rush with style and grace; effortlessly.

The food was sensational. I got the brisket, one of my friends got a Cuban, and one got a big salad. All were absolutely amazing. Fresh ingredients. Flavorful and thoughtful combinations, and perfect execution. The menu is extensive, and excellent. Their seafood options are very strong as well. Thank you to my man in the back. You make amazing food!

Overall if you need a great place that has you covered with the nice red wines, deli selections, pastas, sandwiches and fresh ingredients then stop by today! Because of your service and how delicious the food was, I will be sure to come back again. Thank you so much. You have a wonderful business. We will be back again!

“I stopped in after a day of moving. I wanted something quick and craving chicken wings. I ordered a dozen medium hot. Took them home to eat. I've always had excellent food from here however I was disappointed. They were meaty. But they seem like they were "next day" wings when we heat them up in the oven the next day. I ate 5 and stuck the rest in the fridge. I enjoyed them but disappointed. I know this place can do better. I'm very impressed with their subs definitely fresh ingredients. I'll still go there to grab a meal. But I know they could have been better.”

I've never had a bad meal, and as someone allergic to corn, I really appreciate that the bagels are all made traditionally without corn meal. I honestly think these bagels and donuts are the best in VT. They are certainly the best I've ever had in New England.”
