“We got here just before they stopped serving breakfast and we’re glad we did (though the lunches looked good).

The staff was friendly and service was good. It’s not a place that would draw you in for some kind of special ambiance; it is what it is — a small-town diner kind of place. Which is good. Lots of flannel, locals, and workers.

The food was delicious and filling. I would especially recommend the biscuits and gravy and maple bacon.“

“Chicken Carlo was good. Large portions. Came with fries and half of a fried chicken. Chicken was delicious and juicy but the fries were overcooked. My wife had spinach and black bean lasagna it was overcooked and dry out crispy and not tasty. Should have sent it back but it was long in waiting to be served. Portions was small.“

The breakfast in the more was perfect for post wedding breakfast including the gluten free/dairy free options! “We arrived at 5pm when the restaurant just opened on the first Saturday in October, they were pretty full with reservations but managed to give us 2 bar seats. The host was very kind to give customers they turn away with a handwritten list of recommended restaurants around the area. Service at the bar table was slow for ordering as we can only order food from the bartender, who was busy making cocktail drinks for customers first. We came to try the Neapolitan pizza it was good! Love the fall decorations of the building.“
