For the main course, my husband chose the prime rib special, while I was thrilled to discover Chef Shayne's alfredo on the daily menu! I would gladly make the drive just for that dish. The prime rib was cooked to absolute perfection—juicy and bursting with flavor. The alfredo, made to order, was exactly what I had been craving. Chef Shayne’s culinary creations never fail to impress!

“Had one of the most enjoyable meals ever. Farm fresh, imaginative food and libation. The jubilee was the best cocktail I have had in my entire life. Corn soup with lobster was sweet and succulent. “We decided to give this place a try and boy oh boy, did we score!? We did not reserve a table, and it was crowded when we arrived. Magical Madison made the difference for us, she had us seated in a prime spot in half an hour. She was personable, warm and completely efficient. She runs the desk with such grace and ease. Our server, Kaiya, was amazing! She knew about the foods and the specials and she made great suggestions as well. Her service was excellent! We had the pork osso buco — delish! The burger, which was done to my specifications and delivered quickly, grilled pork with green beans, grilled pork medallions- so tender and seasoned right! The ceasar salad was crisp and fresh, our appetizers were all phenomenal from the chicken wings to the dumplings to the bread for the table, all tasty and eye-rolling good! Desserts were delicious and our drinks were spot-on! What an experience! If you want to sit in a clean, elegant place for high quality food, this is the place! Tired of burgers , pizzas and fries?! “The BLT hosted our high school Mountain Bike team banquet last night and they could not have been more accommodating or thoughtful. Worked with our craziness and made us feel super welcome and at home. Food was great, service was even better, and our whole crew of about 25 had a wonderful time. I heart the BLT!!!“

“Stayed there over the Thanksgiving holiday. The room we had was small but nicely furnished. Even though the room faced the highway it was quiet overnight. We enjoyed dinner in the Pub section of the dining room - reasonably priced and delicious. Thanksgiving day they featured a buffet style brunch with turkey and all the fixings. Again, food was terrific and the service was excellent. We will be back again for sure“
