“The Nest has become my favorite place to get a maple latte so far in Vermont. Not only is it the most reasonably priced, but the best tasting coffee I’ve found as well. The pastries we’ve tried there have been good. Wish they had full breakfast sandwiches too!“

“I’m in town briefly while my dog is having surgery at a specialty center. I wanted to grab a quick breakfast before picking him up to go home. I mistakenly stopped at a different cafe down the road, was greeted by staff not wearing masks and arguing with each other. I paid for my food because I was caught off guard and didn’t eat it. Found Williston Coffee Shop and immediately felt like I was in the right place. Staff was friendly and polite, wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Food was so amazing and fresh, and coffee was awesome! I’m so glad the first place didn’t work out, because my tomato basil egg sandwich was incredible. I know it’s hard right now, but you guys are doing a great job keeping everyone safe with your extra protocols, and it shows. If I come back to town I will come back, and anyone that visits the veterinary practice will get a referral to your coffee shop from me!“

I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn't come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.“
