“This visit was a drive-thru visit. I was asked if I was ready to order very soon after driving up the speaker and ordered drinks for my husband and I. At the pay window I was met with a friendly smile and the cashier was kind enough to wait while I got out the cash I wanted to use instead of my card. The order pick-up window I was handed my drink order immediately after the worker verifying that was going to be handed to me was in fact the correct drink order.Friendly workers, excellent attention to detailParking: Parking at the store entrance is not a great idea if the drive-thru is busy as it often becomes on weekends or after a sporting event. Vehicles become trapped by the line to the drive-thru and must wait until the line has moved on or someone stops all traffic to the drive-thru allowing parked vehicles to leave their spot. This includes the Handicap parking spaces.“

“I don't normally review fast food places because they are what they are. I mean I am grabbing sandwiches from inside a gas station right? However, I was so happy with our service today. They were busy with two people manning the shop. Our server was ...I think his name was Joe. He at first seemed a little frazzled with how busy it was but he was actually just lovely. He told my husband about his weekend and his nieces, and how many he had, all while making our sandwiches. He was just a happy friendly guy and you don't get to see that very much lately. Our sandwiches were the standard, normal, nothing to scream about kind. And when we cashed out we saw the tip option and I never tip for food I am picking up at the counter. That just seems ridiculous to me. But because we liked this guy so much, we tipped 20%. We will be back, Subway is a big OK, but Joe was pretty cool.“
“Clean! So grateful for this Subway and it's employees! There was nothing else open as we came in from out of state kinda late. They were closing in 20 minutes and took our orders, made our sandwiches, and were polite the entire time. You could tell they were tired and ready to go home but kept up great customer service. They only have 3 employees so I sure hope they can find more employees for the sake of the ones that are there.“

“Absolutely best experience ever at a subway. The manager juggled several orders by herself and remained positive, friendly and inviting. It was clean and she was fast. And as a passerby in beautiful Bellows falls i will always remember that beautiful little manger who made me he most amazing meatball sub. Thank you Johanna <3“
